I recently visited this Target in San Antonio and had a great experience overall. Right from the moment I walked in, the staff stood out—they were super friendly and incredibly helpful. Whether it was helping me find a specific item or just offering a warm greeting, their customer service was top-notch.
The store itself was spotless and very well-organized. Everything was fully zoned and stocked, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. There were only a few minor items missing from the shelves, but nothing that affected my trip.
I was especially impressed with the speed and convenience of the self-checkout process. It was quick and efficient, and when I did need assistance, the attendant was right there and ready to help without any delay.
Even the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus when you’re out shopping.
Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant shopping trip. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars just because there’s always a little room for improvement—but I’ll definitely be coming back!

The Target isn't bad it's the Starbucks inside of Target I said lite ice they filled up hafe way my sister asked To vente latte and she charge for a tall. She said for my other niece tall for that with those crystals that refresher and when I saw it I said oh my God. Now I see why my sister was upset because if you were at Starbucks the store itself they will remake it and you can have you know they they will fix it on the house because I heard her and I said light ice and they filled it to the halfway that's takes up the whole purpose of the drink. I would never ever go to y'all's Starbucks

Love Targets pick up service because I don't have to worry about the extra cost per item not the extra cost for the service. Super convenient.

My returns was handled quickly and without hassle and the person behind the counter was very nice and helpful.

This is the worst location.!!! The employee are rude and apparently team leader need better training. Member don't allow you to touch merchandise. So you don't mess up there section. Not to mention team leader 👏 there team to have a she said she said argument with a costumer. Only for team leader to say I have to hear both side of the story. Allowing this employee continue to be rude. How dare you allow employee like this be the face and manage Target -10 stars.

My mom went in today looking for clothes for my nephew. An employee from that section told her to stop what she was doing and accused her of messing up her station. She then proceeded to ask her what item she wanted so that she would pull them out, because if not my mom would then ruin her station. My mom asked for a Manager because the employee was acting like an asshole. The manager was just as useless and ignorant as she wanted to hear both sides of the story, all while allowing her employee to continue to be rude. My mom was like how are you allowing her to talk like that to a customer? Didn't make a difference as she still was saying she needed to hear both side. So the section lead apparently doesn't care how disrespectful their coworkers are. I'll be reporting the issue to corporate since I suspect the employee are friends.

I love this Target so much but I was very upset when I took back a cleaning spray I didn’t want after all because of the scent Jennifer from customers service literally open the bottle just to make sure there was no water added to the cleanser! She said it was part of her job and she didn’t care what I had to say..Spoke to the manager Jackie and says because of there theft rate that’s why they do that. I had a receipt and my red card from there.. This was a very bad customer service ! I felt that she stereotyped and is not happy with her position. Please do better Target at hiring.

While trying to find the Wonderland Mall we saw this giant Target and decided to go inside and take a look around. This Target is pretty huge and long. It's clean and things seemed to be well organized. Their toy section though, has no sales even tho the shelves were mostly empty of any toys. Parking is a large lot shared with the rest of the mall area so it was pretty crowded.

I was practically stalked through the store while trying find a birthday gift. There were two guys that made it very very obvious that they were following me. The one I can remember more is the short, chubby, Hispanic guy. He has a mustache and a navy blue shirt on. Them both seemed as if they were undercover LP. I managed in retail when I was in school so I know a bit. My in store experience at this Target was one of the most unwelcoming and unpleasant experiences I have ever had in a retail store. I have never been followed, or felt uncomfortable while shopping or in a store ever in my life, and obviously followed at that. Every isle I went to, the short Hispanic guy or the other guy would be there creeping very awkwardly. I understand LP is needed in practically any and every store, but this isn’t it. Better training or more training would be beneficial. From now on I will just go to the Target at The Rim. It’s closer to my house and I have never been followed or harassed there. I don’t prefer this side of town anyways either. It’s a little… you know. It was just on the way.

Store is very clean but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES! I tried every option just 2 get some1 2 talj to but no one at any extension or phone option answered! If it matters it was around 6:45 p.m.! Good luck!
