Purchased a power steering pump from this location almost 2 weeks ago and the parts person (alex) told me he cannot refund me my money after doing it the first time because he doesnt know if I recieved my money back and told me he would have to find out after 2 weeks of waiting after I have contacted and asked multiple times about my refund and I have physical proof it's never been refunded back to my account.
