Stopped while driving from Austin to Colorado and so glad we did!! Such a great selection! The building is much bigger than it looks and its floor to ceiling of treasures to look at! Probably one of - if not my favorite antique stores we’ve visited. Awesome signs throughout some that seem very old! Some hilarious signs in there. Ended up buying a print of a painting and a cute duck statue! Great prices and the owner was such a character and was a very friendly man. He said he’s been in that location since 2001, so the collection is very diverse and was such a wonderful stop on our trip. Really enjoyed and will definitely visit again next time we're driving through!! Couldn't recommend more!

Drove out from Abilene and they're closed at 430 on a Saturday. What a waste of time. Apparently this is common. How do you own a business and pick and choose when you want to be open?

You NEVER know what your going to find in a small town. Ballinger, Texas, population 3,767, is one of many thriving metropolis's in Texas. We went there on a Saturday for a trade days show. I was impressed, lots to see, lots to buy. When we left, we had parked in front off this place, so we had to go in. The t-shirt definitely got my attention! When we entered the older gentleman just passing the time said "Hello, have a look around." Typical of this kind of store, it was packed from floor to ceiling with...stuff. Lots of stuff! We checked it out and headed for the back rooms. This is where it changed. Room after room after room of signs! Large and small, old and older, nothing but signs. I don't know where he got all these, or how long he has been collecting, but it's amazing! Since I'm old, I recognized many, but some were too old even for me and Mikey. There wasn't anything I was really interested in buying, but it was a lot of fun just looking! If your ever in west Texas, bookmark this place, just so you can stop and look. You'll be amazed! See ya!
