My situation was a little complicated because I initially tried to handle things through my insurance after I had already dropped the vehicle off and paid for parts. Turns out my insurance company doesn’t like things done that way. That was on me.
Victor stepped in and helped take over the process, and I know it probably wasn’t the easiest situation to sort through. He was patient, professional, and worked with me to get everything handled the best way possible.
One thing I really appreciated was how transparent they were. They actually showed me the damage on the vehicle and walked me through exactly what needed to be repaired. That level of detail and willingness to explain things made a big difference.
The repair work itself turned out great, and they even dropped the car off to me when it was finished, which I really appreciated since I live in town. I’m not sure if that’s a standard service, but it definitely showed their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers.

There are others, I don't know them. They come and go. The prices are reasonable, and parts are of good quality. I miss that they no longer carry Wix. But sometimes that happens. A great small town shopping experience.”
