“Bandera is a town of old cowboys. Most of us have been rode hard and put away wet. Sure enough, sometimes services are not speedy but I have witnessed incredible kindness and patience from the tellers and staff to customers that needed it. Never have i seen an ounce of disrespect to a person, no matter how confused or limited.
I like my bank because I like the people who work there. They have more heart than words can describe.
While I have never witnessed anyone being unkind, watching Jonathan Rogue was the individual who I was talking about. Patience, courtesy and professionalism.”

“Talk about a great place to bank at. My husband and I were with Wells Fargo for 8 years and they still didn't know who we were even though I went in at least once a week. We switched here about 2 years ago and they knew our names within a week. Even more impressive is when they remember my husband every time even though they hardly ever see him as he is a truck driver. They greet us EVERY TIME by our first names no matter who we interact with. Everyone who works here are good people. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.”
