Our rep took great care of us. She was very thorough, went the extra mile with past years' filings, and was warm and friendly throughout. We feel she had our interests at heart and did everything possible to get us our best tax return.

Last year I went to another well known firm's office and was met with negatives and told what I had to do, which was basically everything, before they would do my taxes. I went to H&R Block in Bandera and met with Adela, just to see what services they offer. Even though I was just interviewing her, her at that point, she was friendly, and took all the time I needed. When I had her prepare my taxes she was the same way. She gave great advice for next year and even gave me a hug when I was leaving! The office staff was equally helpful and friendly. Pricing was fair. I will definitely go back each year!

Go see Kate Monier at the Bandera
, TX location been seeing her for about 5 years now. I trust her, and never worry when she does my taxes. She is friendly, competent and always does an amazing job. HIGHLY recommend!
