“About 8 years ago I lost the stone in my ring. They replaced for free (warranty) and shipped it at no charge to a different address and I got it just in time for my wedding. Now, 8 years later, I wore a prong off, sent in to fix, they did a phenomenal job and charged me VERY LITTLE to fix. I'm just so happy with the customer service of this business.
