The people that manage this storage units are very nice sweet and keep the facilities clean. The prices are not jacked up. Security is great to get in and go out. They lock the gates though at night.

Staff is friendly and prices and very reasonable also they offer climate control units upon availability and non climate control. I love how well they work with you, great communication when looking for a storage unit or any other questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this place to have your belongings stored safely and for the amazing customer service provided .(little tip based off experience from other storage units located in the city & country. If you plan on having a non climate control stoarge unit take the extra step and effort to taking care of your belongings with pest control, not storing food, using plastic covers on mattress furniture etc or other products that you wish to use.)

Had my stuff stored here since 2018 and have had no problems.. Staff is Friendly and helpful when needed... SO Glad I got in since they are always full... Lol.. But they are building more so get in when you can... It's Worth it and not even expensive

Clean, safe storage. Friendly, helpful people. I was on a waiting list, and they called me right away when a unit the size that I was interested in became available. Secured it over the phone, no payment required until I was able to show up in person. Easy payment online, easy to set up recurring monthly payment if you're going to be storing your stuff for a while. Highly recommend!

Nice storage units, and very affordable. It’s gated for extra security!! Such nice people to work with. If I need a storage unit again I will definitely go to Lost Valley!!

Doesn't do anything for rat control so there is damage. They took over from another company that did not do rodent control either unfortunately they had not told me about the no rat control though. Lost Valley also no longer allows 1 storage space shed even won't allow you to grandfather it in from the old company. Dropped U-Haul so it's less convenient than before.
