I have had many dealing with several tractor supply's. The one in Kerville has a manager who is just drawing a paycheck...not interested in customer service. The one in Boerne is good but I'm not overly impressed there either but my regular tractor supply's in Bandera, I have never received anything less than superior customer support from this place. There was a time they couldn't get bags of my dog food in to save their lives and Jeremy looked into it, turns out Del Rio was hogging it all (maybe a lot of border customers??...IJS). He got the problem fixed and now I can buy my 4, 55lb bags every two weeks without hitting up 4 different tractor supplies. But what I want to highlight is how far they go to satisfy their customers. I waited until the very last minute to try to buy a go cart for my grandkids. Superhero Larry jumps in and orders it for me because they'd sold out. So he order it online but he said it might not be on the truck on Monday (2 days before Christmas) and it was not... but superhero Larry was not satisfied!! He found one in Uvalde, sent a driver to pick it up for me. That was half the problem. I needed it put together but he wasn't sure if he could get it done because they're super busy for Christmas. Larry wasn't going to let these two little boys of mine down. He put it together and we picked it up this afternoon (Christmas Eve). I could go on and on about this store and the good folks who work there but I'll say this. I have never, not once, gone in and had mediocre or bad service. Every employee I encounter had the same mission. Fantastic and unique Customer service. So this is not just a thank you for Larry and Jeremy (they do help me a lot) but it is a thank you for Bandera Tractor supply for being the best at what they do! Thank you!

Came in the store yesterday morning first thing to buy a pair of beekeeping gloves. Brenda, the lady with the white hair thats always filing her nails at the register was the only one in the store when I entered. I greeted her “good morning” at which time she looked back at me with no response and a look on her face that basically said “F you” Honestly, she would have been better off telling me that. When I checked out she then put on a fake show and face asking me how my morning was. This was by far the worst display of customer service I have ever seen. This is not the first time Brenda has been rude and unfriendly, this was just the final straw. I do believe people can change, but after yesterday I know this is not the first time she has done this to someone. Also I will be telling everyone to shop somewhere else seeing how customer service is definitely not Brendas strongest subject. Next time someone is in line, put your nail file down and pay attention to your customers. Remember they are paying money at your store, the least you can do is show them some sort of common courtesy or respect. 0 stars if I could. PLEASE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT WILL APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

Tracy was a lifesaver today. It’s July 4th and our trailer blew a tire. We called the store to see if there’s anything they could do to help us as we didn’t have our lug nut wrench and they’re we’re closing in 15 minutes and we were 20 away. he said if we placed a mobile order, he would make sure it was ready for us even if we couldn’t get there by close he would place it in a cart outside but that they would also still probably be there finishing closing.Thank god for TSC and Tracy

Well let's see they first just keep their backs turned to all the people standing outside when it's 8.06a and they haven't opened. Now I stand here at the front conter at 8.23 waiting on Larry to come up because the girl up can't enter a farm tax number. This place is a joke.
