I just went in to pick up an item that was on sale from an ad l was sent. I went inside and the first person l saw was a sales clerk there. He told me to go down an aisle where the lady that was there was the rep for that department. I asked her about what l was looking for. She told me it was just about right where l was. I picked it up as l had already studied it in the ad l got. So l went straight to register and checked out. Less than 5 minutes. Very nice store, very helpful, fun items for sale. Pretty planters, bbq accessories, and items for sale from local retailers.

They always have what I'm looking for. From plants to home repair items. Friendly staff, you don't have to chase one down and tackle them to ask for help, they ask you.

I went into True Value today because I had a busted pipe in my yard. The staff has always been helpful and today they were even more helpful. I guess they could see the look on my face. I thought I might be able to patch the pipe until I could get someone to do it. However, staff members helped me find all the things I needed to cut off and cap it myself; it was a success.
Thank you so much for always making my visits there a pleasant and helpful one.

Boyles True Value is awesome! Everything that the big stores have in a compact shop. Jason is a Godsend in hardware. He has helped me with so many projects I can't thank him or Boyles enough.

Quick stop for a small tool. Friendly & knowledgeable help. Picked up what I needed with no problems.
I didn't roam the store, but it appears at a glance to be well stocked for the town.

Staff was friendly and helpful - which I expected, as hardware stores like this generally distinguish themselves from the big box stores by providing excellent service. What really impressed was the selection and prices that shamed any big box or hardware stores where I live in Houston. This location is a tremendous asset to the community and will be our go-to for our hardware and ranch needs when in the area.

As always, I found everything I was looking for with lots of help when you need it. and the prices are just as good as anywhere else and everyone is friendly. If you haven't been in a hardware store in a while, I highly recommend a walk through this store. I promise you will find lots things you have been wanting around your house. Anyway, most of us need a good walk, why not do it in the A/C while browsing the firearms or light fixtures!

I just moved to Bandera. My wife and I have shopped here for items we need to install our electric to our house. The staff are so kind, welcoming, and helpful. I always enjoy shopping here to say hello to the staff while I get what we need.
