Such a nice little post office. The staff there is always friendly, they handle your packages with care, and I feel like mail makes it out and on its way to its destination faster here. Definitely only going to this post office from now on, as most of the other post offices in the area seem to have such a negative experience.

I came to this location as a “walk in” to get my daughter’s passport. MariaElena was so kind ! I was waiting for a while due to me being almost the last person (she was so nice to add me to the list I thought I would have to come another day! Very appreciative for that ) . She had a lovely personality! Got us out in 15 minutes. best customer service!! Thank you to her for a smooth experience

I had a passport appointment today at the Park Road Drive location in Katy. I arrived early, but was told no one was available and was redirected to the Barker location in Houston.
Despite the inconvenience, Maria Elena at Barker went above and beyond. She kindly added me to the list and made time to assist me, even with a full schedule. She processed my passport in just 15 minutes.
Maria Elena was professional, efficient, and provided outstanding customer service. She truly deserves recognition and should be promoted. I highly recommend her — 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This location has the best customer service I’ve ever received from any shipping company. The staff is always kind, helpful, and welcoming. They’ve helped brighten my day more than once, even if it’s just a small moment. If I could, I would come here every day. It’s rare to find a place that makes errands feel this pleasant.

Very unprofessional and lack of communication. We had a passport appt at Park row and we’re told to come to this location because they would be able to help us. We arrived and told they could not help us despite being told we would be helped here. Our passport was canceled without notice and needed this passport completed. Very disorganized and lack of communication among the different branches.
