Our yard looked horrible. As the pictures show, we couldn’t keep the grass from dying. They did a fantastic job being our yard back to life with turf (as the pictures show).
I sent a request for an estimate on a Sunday afternoon. I didn’t expect not get a response until the workweek. However, Scott contacted me within a few hours. We had a preliminary discussion and then he came out within a few days to do an estimate.
Scott brought another team member with him and they did a great job explaining all the options and gathering all our needs. Scott had a plan and an estimate within a few days. He answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. He was one the easiest people I’ve ever worked with when contracting something for the house.
The estimate was easy to follow and allowed us to pick and choose between our options.
The work was scheduled quickly after we signed our contract. The installation supervisor was always in touch, easy to reach, and came out often to work with his team (and Scott was still accessible as needed). The installation team was efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly.
There was one area around a drain cover that seemed a little higher than the rest of the turf. I mentioned it to Scott but he already knew about it because the lead for the installation team had already identified the issue. They already had plans to come back and fix it.
Then Scott came out later to check the entire project.
I can’t think of anything they could have done differently.

Really enjoyed working with these guys…from design to finished product. We are very please with our putting green. We were also very impressed that between the two day build, the crew left with one of the most “squared away” job sites I have ever witnessed! I am in construction, and have shown this to my crews as an example of what I call “Spirit of Excellence”!

I highly recommend using All American Turf Solutions. I was extending an area by my pool that already had turf, and I am very happy with the outcome. Scott was always available to answer any of my questions, before and during the installation. His team was always on time, clean and organized and you can tell they take pride in what they are doing. Scott came highly recommended by a fellow work associate and I could not be happier.

We had a great experience from planning the entire project out with Tom to working through unanticipated circumstances with Albert and his crew.
These guys didn’t cut any corners and were patient and understanding throughout the whole process while also managing to stay on-schedule despite the frequent and unpredictable rainfall over the course of the project. Furthermore, they’ve maintained their availability and answered any questions and/or offered guidance long after the job is done.
Our backyard went from being an eyesore to a comfortable and fun place our family all looks forward to!

Very happy with their work and customer service. We have used them twice now (first for a putting green and then to turf our entire backyard) and have also referred them to many friends. Customer service is amazing! Highly recommend!
