Looks like it's probably a great clinic and the PT we met briefly seemed great. Low rating for the company- I called ahead to verify insurance coverage, gave them all our info, waited 10 minutes, and was told it was covered in full for as many visits as needed. We went in... it was not covered, at all. They seemed annoyed with my request for documentation and when I called the department I had spoken to before they said there was no record of my call and they didn't know what to tell me and I should call our insurance provider. Seems like a deliberate corporate sludge policy, booooooooo. Waste of 2 hours I didn't have to spare.

The people are great. Ive worked with 3 of the Physical therapist and each are awesome. I've had some health issues and they have worked with me on rescheduling etc. Great place

So far, as I have only had a couple of appointments at ATI, I am very pleased with the kindness and skills of the therapists who have been working with me. I feel that I’ll be able to add the fifth star after a few more visits.

They seem to know what they are talking about. Would use them again! The place is small. But use to bigger places. But it seems to work for them. They have Toys (equipment) hidden everywhere

After being diagnosed with drop foot, I needed physical therapy and was fortunate to find ATI in Bartonville. From the start, my therapist Shi Qing made a tremendous difference. She’s not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly warm and approachable.
Shi Qing developed a personalized treatment plan that included at-home exercises, and she worked closely with me to ensure I was performing them correctly. Her consistent encouragement and positive attitude kept me motivated throughout the process. Thanks to her expertise and support, my recovery progressed rapidly.
The ATI Bartonville facility itself is spotless, well-organized, and welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
I wholeheartedly recommend ATI at Bartonville to anyone seeking exceptional physical therapy care.

I have been going for Physical Therapy for approximately 2 weeks and want to compliment Tracy and her team for all they are doing and teaching me to regain my strength and confidence. I look forward to each class, the wonderful atmosphere they provide, and their professionalism with each client. Thank you guys!
I have just wrapped up 2 months of treatments at ATI and I am so pleased at the outcome. The team lead by Tracy is very attentive to each patient and encourages each person as they go along. A very professional atmosphere and concern in how each patient is do. I hope to go back soon. Thank you Tracy and all.

I've been very impressed with the location and the staff. Maya is helping me with my recovery and she's awesome. She determined the source of my pain and takes the time to treat it by putting me through a variety of stretching and strengthening exercises. The experience has been great and I highly recommend ATI in Bartonville to those needing physical therapy.
