I don’t know if it was a misunderstanding or if I was taken advantage of. I was from out of town when I went into the store needing a new phone due to mine getting water damage.. I had an existing phone that I still owed money on. Instead of being advised to pay off my remaining balance the store manager David advised I add a new line and change my current phone plan. I spent an hour on the phone tonight trying to get things changed because with the changes David made my new bill was gonna be $100 higher than before. I would be paying on two phones & two data plans. I’m very frustrated things were not explained better. David was excellent but now I’m second guessing if he was being truthful with what he was telling me was best in regards to me saving money etc.

Went into the store yesterday and they are by far the best AT&T store in the area. The service and knowledge is excellent and they got me taken care of quickly. I highly recommend them over other stores in the area.
