The new management of this place is awesome! I've gone a few times and it's the one store I can be in and out quickly with whatever I need done the first time. I've been to other locations and always seem to spend hours for one thing.

I am happy to say that I love coming to this location now. The New Manager of the store Meagan is great! She has helped me tremendously where no other manager has ever gone above and beyond to really make me a happy customer. I ended up getting a bigger and better bundle for CHEAPER than what I was paying before! ! I had no idea I could get everything I got in one bundle for better then what I had before! Thank you Meagan for making sure I get the most out of AT&T! I am a loyal customer forever now. This is how you take care of your customers. Others should def take notes from the employees at this store.

I showed up to do a Trade-In purchase of a new phone.The rep took care of me immediately up entering the store.They fully explained options and expected expenses of my choices.Additionally, when the trade in tool wasn't working, the store staffing immediately went to work manually filing my purchase and had me put the door with 45 mins of my arrival.

We have been in the Bartonville store twice and both times the sales men seemed very untrained. We went in for an upgrade to a iPhone 15 Pro. First salesman treated us as if we were bothering him. Second time a different salesman placed the order to be delivered to our house but did not place the order as a promotional exchange, so I spent an hour on phone to get it corrected. His mistake could have cost us around $800 if I hadn't doubled checked.

We just purchased my sons first cell phone and Luke was amazing! He was so helpful and went out of his way to help us with our plan. Thank you for making it a great experience.

Don’t go to this store on 407 near Lantana. It isn’t an AT&T owned store and the quality of service and knowledge of reps is really poor. Go to the AT&T company owned store on 2499 and 407. Or call the 611 number first for your service.

The worst, most condescending customer service experience I've ever had with AT&T.If that manager (Zach) and his sub-human life form of an employee ever spoke to my customers the way that they treated me and my wife today...we'd have a more detailed conversation about it after work in the parking on a more base level.The most frustrating element is that I willing contribute to those wastoids paychecks every month.grrr.

We went into this location on 2/17/23 mid day to upgrade my phone. While there the associate mentioned to us that we could get a newer version of our current phone plan that would drop our bill by $10-20 a month. When my husband and I inquired about this plan change we asked to be sure if it had our same plan features and were told yes. We inquired again to make sure it was an all unlimited plan like we had currently and were reassured yes. At that point we agreed to update the plan for the same features at a cost savings. Later that same evening we get an email with summary of our visit and we looked it over. Our phone plan did become cheaper but we also find out the associate added additional optional plan features like insurance for an additional $17 a month and the “Next” upgrade program for additional $6 a month WITHOUT EVEN DISCUSSING IT WITH US! He did not even MENTION the words insurance or even go over any of the additional optional features someone could even add to a phone plan! This felt very fraudulent. I went up there today 02/21/23 to call them out on these added charges and they were able to remove them but did not apologize in the slightest. I do not appreciate the sneakiness of this store. I shouldn’t have to drive up there on my off day to get charges removed that I never approved nor was even offered as options for. I will never be back to this location.-Holli Landin

Called ahead of time, was told needed to call 611 to be added as authorized user to upgrade phones. Got added as authorized user, drove to store and spent an hour there for them to tell me that some fraud alert had popped up since I hadn’t been an authorized user for 24 hours so we could not proceed until the next day. Would have been nice to have been given a heads up before driving in, hence why I called ahead of time. I did want to add my myATT app also showed that I was an authorized user on the account. The store rep even showed me how to check. Lol

Colton was very helpful and kept a longtime AT&T customer from switching after bad experience at another location in Dallas. Will be coming back here for all my AT&T needs!

Gigi was super helpful and friendly in switching my family line over from Verizon. This store is a little bit hidden but you should definitely come here over the corporate AT&T store in Flower Mound where customer service doesn't matter.
