Today I had an appointment at 11 AM for an oil change. My appointment was then changed to 1 PM and then changed again to 2 PM. I showed up early to drop my car off for my appointment. I was immediately tried to be conned in to buying things that I didn’t need. Both people I interacted with were rude to me and we’re only worried about making a bigger. Cell advise me that windshield wipers. Don’t come with an oil change as if I’m a complete freaking idiot. I’m aware that windshield wipers are not included in an oil change. I also just had them replaced a month ago and I didn’t ask for windshield wipers Not only the CarAdvise take six hours to change my oil today after 2 1/2 hours of it being there they had not started it when I called to check in. They told me I would just have to wait. There was no resolution that could be made so I missed an entire day worth of work. Meanwhile they quoted me. This would only take one hour maybe 30 minutes at the most more I picked up my car after 6 PM this evening miss entire day of work had no way to get around. It was extremely inconvenient , then when I get back into my car, they couldn’t even recalibrate my oil percentage. It was still at 8%. I am not impressed by the lack of customer service that I received. I will never be bringing my car back to this location. I hope that the owner takes time to read these reviews and reaches out to me and I would love to discuss The attitude the employees interacted with I also firmly believe the person that was in the cashier area was on drugs. He was not apologetic. He actually hung up on me three times today when I called back to check on things he would instantly put me on hold didn’t ask if it was OK didn’t come back then when I called back the further three times he hung up on me each time. Finally the fifth time I called jordan answered, but also we didn’t get anywhere. It was still the same rude experience , can’t wait to hear from the owner. Hope you all have a blessed day.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Rude, unprofessional and no empathy for your time. They have so supervision of their team and a complete lack of customer service. Brought in for an oil change for a fleet vehicle and they just saw it as a chance to add on every single thing they could, a 2 hr appointment turned into 4 hours. When I came back to question my car was still on a lift and they hadn’t done the oil change yet. What were yall doing for 2 hours? I don’t understand. Won’t be back

I have been going to this location for years. Although I have been tired of their constant upselling, this last visit will be my last visit. I went in for an oil change and state inspection. I told them my a/c was blowing air, but not as cold as last year. I asked them to check the refrigerant. They called to say I needed a new compressor for $1685. Their explanation as to why I needed a new compressor did not make sense to me so I went to another shop for a second opinion. The second place I went to tested for leaks and said all I needed was more refrigerant. $105 and I am all fixed up. I think that the mechanic incorrectly stated that I needed a new compressor. I need a mechanic that I can trust. Like I said, I will not be back. I spoke to the manager and he said he would look into it. He said he appreciated my feedback and was very professional in his response.

i arrived without an appointment and was helped immediately. The service took about 40 minutes which was fast. I had stopped ar Car Care prior to reaching your place and was turned away. Now I know to come to Firestone first.

10 am apt. Have had my car serviced here before (different manager) no problem. This time, I was there for inspection and oil change Spoke to the manager about minor problems which do not effect car performance and he informed me that diagnostics would be $225 without repair. I declined the diagnostics. When I returned, my car was in the bay. It was not ready for a total of 6 hours. My inspection “failed” for the details which I made him aware of at check in. Since he was aware of this prior to service, why do the inspection? He stated he didn’t “remember our conversation” Very disappointed. I will not return

This post is for Firestone in Lake Worth Texas I had a bad experience I got a complete brake job front and back the parts they charged me from AutoZone or O'Reilly's double of what the factory replacement parts would cost they charged me $400 for two brake drums they charged me $285 for two rotors they are doubling the price of what they're getting them from O'Reilly's or AutoZone they charged me $1,300 for a brake job and only change the front shoes and rotors in the back drum and the brake shoes that is a rip-off they are screwing people over big time 1300.00 should have been calipers rear brake cylinders bleeding the system adjusting the brakes they didn't do none of that and they used aftermarket parts and triple the price they are ripping people off there is no reason to double the price of what they're getting them from AutoZone or O'Reilly's and even that is overpriced
