I visited Bartonville great clips facility this evening for my toddlers haircut and this is my first time, I thought everything was fine with haircut and gave the stylist in red long hair generous tip as well. Once I got home I realized she shaved a portion of my toddler’s left eyebrow, it is very rude if her she didn’t even informed it was an accident which shows her recklessness with kids. Will never visit again and won’t recommend 👎👎👎

No need for overpriced gentleman’s barber memberships when you have ladies taking pride like this in their craft for a fair price. Best Great Clips location I’ve ever been to, I hope it stays this great staffwise

If you have to train your employees, you should have different options.
I am not paying to use my hair as a playground for your needs.
Had an awful experience just now. Even my high schooler does a better job. Hair stylist, doesn’t even know how to hold the comb.

I stopped by this Great Clips location while traveling, just looking for a quick trim to freshen up my look — nothing drastic. I clearly explained that I only wanted a little bit off the ends, but the stylist took off much more than I asked for and completely changed the shape of my haircut.
The whole thing felt rushed — the cut was done extremely fast, and it seemed like the stylist was about to leave for the day. That might explain the lack of care and attention to detail, but it doesn’t excuse it. Now I’m stuck on the road with a haircut I really dislike.
I get that this is a budget salon, but basic listening and professionalism should still be a given. Really disappointed with the experience and wish I’d waited until I was home to go to someone I trust.

My son just got the worst haircut ever. She didn't even listen to what he wanted. He told her not to cut the top as he's growing it out but to just do a low taper on the sides. She just did what she wanted and know my son hates his hair. We will not be going back.

Not coming back. She ruined my side locks completely. Uneven sides / much shorter than what i told. Even for my kid had a bad cut. Used to be good place earlier.
