This is the worst store to utilize Click List. They always miss items and fresh meat is nearly almost always rotting with defective packaging. It’s so bad I almost believe they’re being instructed to select the worst possible choices for Click List orders. Thankfully the refund process is very straightforward within the app.

Today 5/24 around 12:40 pm I needed help at the customer service booth. As nobody was there, I asked the lady (I think wearing glasses) at the self check out area. She could not help me because of her lack of knowledge with some of the process of cash back. She argued with me after I explained her the whole situation. Then she asked another young person that not only was willing to help, but knew the process of retrieving cash back. The first lady needs to read the process again, be empathetic and have some training in customer service. I understand that is a difficult job because you have to deal with many complaints and difficult situations, but she needs to breathe in and out every now and then.

Friday eve 7pm and a 30 min wait to checkout. Only self checkout open on one side. Line goes down past the entire beer aisle. Poor management. Kroger do better. Every single of your 20 lanes closed because you hire one high school student for the entire store. Poor customer service. Poor management. DO BETTER!!!!

This is the grocery store of dreams! They have wonderful friendly staff and amazing samples (chocolate covered strawberries today!). The aisles are well stocked and the prices are great. Love having this neighborhood spot.

I had high hopes of this store considering it’s so convenient and has lots of potential. I’m constantly wondering why I keep giving the marketplace another chance thinking it might be different. So many expired dairy products, none helpful management. First was I bought gift cards for my kiddos teachers and the boy that checked me out kept telling me about how he was going to the place I bought cards for, for his birthday on Saturday. Got home and no gift cards to be found. I searched and so did my mom who was with me. I called the manager and she did not offer any help. Other than that. She asked the boy at the register if he saw them. Did not check cameras or anything. Another incident was a couple of weeks ago, I was in line and the boy bagging groceries had wiped his mouth with saliva and snot hanging his hand and continued to load someone’s groceries into the bags with the snot and saliva still hanging from his chin. The lack of care and attention isn’t here. The pharmacy however, is fantastic!

Kali is an angel!! Give her a raise. She was exceedingly kind to my 5yo daughter. She had her stuffed animal scanning all our items then sent her down the conveyer belt. My child was tickled pink by all of this. This is a soul that’s too good for this world.

One of the front end assistant managers, Carmen, is a literal drug addict. She has been charged and convicted in the past and yet, Kroger gave her a manager position because they hate their customers and employees. If she does not like you for whatever reason, she will literally get up in your face and SCREAM. Upper management will not do anything and instead expect customers to forgive her attitude. Can we please keep Lantana a nice area?

DID NOT HONOR MEAT COUNTER ADVERTISED SALE PRICE.
We went to purchase lobster on sale for $6.00 a pound. When they rung it up it came up at $8.99 a pound. We asked why not $6.00 a pound, the gentleman helping us got the manager. The manager said the sale was yesterday and they were no longer honoring the sale price that was displayed in the window. So, we went and got lobster tail at Tom Thumb.

This review is aimed solely at the “Customer Service” Dept. It would be extremely helpful to staff this desk with people who don’t have major attitudes and are clearly there solely due to the fact they have seniority and they don’t want to work anywhere else in the store.
The female employee that I had the misfortune to deal with on 3.29.24 at 9:30 am was just plain rude and obnoxious from the moment I walked up to the desk. Some retraining is definitely needed.
