“I really do love this store. I love coming in here because they have such great things. I don’t get greeted when I walk in and employees are not really there to try to help you. I was looking for something in particular that I couldn’t find there were at least three employees walking the floor, but no one ever asked me for help. The store is always pretty organized, but it’s just hard to get help when you need it. I’ve gone a few times to pick up orders I did online and it’s always a wait to get someone to help you.”
“Nick is an absolute saint. I work on an ambulance, and we were nearly empty, so we stopped at the gas station by there and we were struggling with the gas pumps.When I went into the gas station for help, they told me to ask for Nick, and he is an absolute hero.He spent a lot of time making sure we were able to get gas and get going, and he truly went above and beyond. This was a long day, and Nick was an absolute highlight of it. It's hard to find genuinely nice people who are happy to help out strangers who are in a bad situation (even while they are at work), and yet Nick truly went above and beyond.This man deserves a raise. When I asked if there was anything I could do for him, he said not to worry about it.I feel as though a good review is the absolute least I can do for him after his help. Thank you”

I hope he wakes up and see that we are all equal. I hope he wakes up and see that respect is due to a dog, a simple gesture of hello goes a long way especially in customer service so I give you five stars spec because all your other employees are amazing and we cannot let Ruben’s Attitude and lack of customer service dim bright light on how you serve your customers”
