I have been trying to ship a multi-piece oversized package via Fedex for weeks and couldn't find any solutions for boxing it. I called Fedex in Denton and they were rude and not helpful at all. I almost gave up on this deal but luckily I called here and had the BEST help from the guy that answered the phone! He discussed the appropriate solution and was a huge life saver!!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone is friendly and incredibly helpful. I ship many boxes a week, and the entire staff truly goes above and beyond.

WOW! OReilly and Tyler were such nice young men. I walked in and was greeted with smiles and an eagerness to help me. I look forward to using this business again. Such kind and friendly staff. It is nice to be greeted by staff that love their jobs. Thank you and see you again soon!

I stopped by the Pack N Mail earlier this week and I had several dozen packages to be shipped out. As I was bringing in the boxes, Tania started to help with unloading the packages from my car. The customer service has always been great, but Tania took it to another level.

I have been to Pack 'n' Mail multiple times and always have a great experience! The whole staff is great and welcoming when I come in. I work primarily with Tania who is always wonderful and knows exactly what I need to do when I walk in! Having such great service makes it a quick and easy experience! I have a location closer to my house but always go to this one to work with such a great staff! Thanks!!

Best customer service! I visit regularly and the staff is always so kind, polite ,and accommodating - consistently! I don't think I've ever seen anyone having a bad day in there. They are always super helpful. So grateful for the Pack N Mail team in Bartonville!

I started a small resale business and I stumbled onto this place over by my house. Pack ‘n’ Mail has been a huge convenience in being my shipping solution. The staff is great and provides shipping solutions even if they don’t have it in there store. Tania has primarily helped me when I have been in, and has been great to work with!

Reese provides amazing customer service!! I’m a disabled Veteran who walks with a walker and service dog so it’s hard for me to carry any kind of package. But Reese was kind enough to actually come out to my car and get my prepaid packages and bring me the receipt!! This kind of caring and customer service is what earns repeat customers! Thank you so much Reese for making this area Veteran friendly and for earning this customer!
