“If you care about what you are shipping and it needs special attention. This UPS store 4857 is the place to go!! I found them to go beyond that extra step. I spoke with Jose' and he could not have been nicer or caring. I ship valuable glass and I knew as soon as I spoke to him I had picked the right place. He listens and gives great advice. To top it off they were less pricey than most places and gave me a very fair deal besides taking such care with my items. Many thanks, Jeff”
“The customer service was super nice and helpful to me! I was having a stressful week needing to last minute reprint custom Christmas cards. Fortunately they were patient with helping me to do test prints with different color versions on their paper types and the end result came out great! They were able to get them printed out right then and there, and the staff showed me how to use the in store paper cutter to get the post card just right. Got news today that my cards (most of the recipients) received them just in time for Christmas, so I have to thank Fedex and the employees here for the last minute clutch. Thank you so much!!!”
