“Dr. Herrod is the best. My Lola had 30 teeth removed and Dr. Herrod took the time and patience to deal with me lol 😆 Lola is 14 years old so it was scary for me. Lola is doing much better now it's only been 3 weeks but she is returning to normal.”
“My 2 Yorkies had their annual physical with Dr Tobias. He does a great job explaining all they do and what they are looking for in this breed and talking diet. I think the Docs at this practice are all very good. Esser and Valdavia have cared for my yorkies as well as my prior pair. Trustworthy practice here.”
“Both Jack and Billie despise people outside of family. For some reason they tolerate everyone here (emphasis on tolerate). As antisocial as these two cats are, that says something to me about the place. Apparently, they see the same kindness and devotion there that I do. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.”
“The level of compassion throughout the entire staff at this clinic is second to none. Every individual my pet and I encounter consistently go above and beyond to address the issue/s at hand. Long after the visit Dr.’s and Techs and staff continue to monitor the health of the pet. You don’t find the level of care this Clinic provides in most human hospitals. 10/10 would highly recommend. Not to single out any one individual as the entire staff are all equally Amazing, but Dr Wise is my pet’s primary Doctor and if I could I would give her the world. I’m very grateful to everyone at this facility.

“Really appreciate the whole team here, from a courteous and helpful front desk, to a knowledgeable and very friendly vet. I actually found them when I was calling around looking for a place to donate things after losing our dog and out of 6 local clinics, this was the only one that answered with compassion, sympathy, and let me know what they could take for donation or where I could take things. They had my business immediately when we adopted a cat almost 6 months later, and they've held that friendliness with every visit.”

“I honestly can’t even put into words how amazing this place is!! I have a very anxious senior rescue dog and I too am a little anxious myself, but they helped us both feel way better about everything!!! Everybody there was so kind and helpful and I really just felt like I was in such good hands the whole time! It’s definitely a place where you can tell everyone really cares about what they do. My dog came from a rough situation and had some really bad matting and they handled her so well! I can tell she feels so much better! We had her check up here and had her groomed here as well! “We loved our experience with AEHNT. I am a full-time petsitter, and had a dog show the beginning phases of a bloat/GDV episode. The staff was so amazing and didn't treat me like I was crazy with the symptoms that I presented to them.
The dog I brought is a protection dog who hates the vet. They provided me a muzzle to put on him in the car. Then they were so respectful of him, his space, and his boundaries. They didn't show fear or anxiety towards him.
They were sure to do thorough testing and reassured me that all was ok. They helped me to make informed decisions for my client.

“My 16 month old dog was diagnosed with a heart murmur at a pre surgical exam at the surgical specialty in Grapevine, I was given a referral and set up an exam with Dr Bennie at MedVet which is in the same complex of buildings. It took about 3 weeks before she could be seen, but my dog was not symptomatic in any way. Dr Bennie is a wonderful specialist in all senses of the word. I was so comfortable with her immediately. She gave clearance for the surgery and it all went smoothly. I still go back annually for rechecks out of an abundance of caution. My young dog is in good health and happy. I consider the annual check ups regarding her heart to be money well spent. Thanks to all the staff at MedVet!”

“I came as a walk in for puppy vaccinations. The waiting room is as clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A wellness check was included for free and my puppy was weighed and looked at before the vaccinations. The service was quick and took about 15 minutes. She got her ten week shots and then the vet tech came out to tell me where she got the shots and that she could be sore. She was also checked for parasites at the visit. The timeframe for puppy vaccinations was explained during check out and I left with a follow up appointment. We also were given her first flea and tick medication for me to administer at home. Very informative visit and very affordable.”
“Dr Shaffer has cared for all of my dogs (and one cat) since 1996. He is simply the best. He truly knows and does what is best for our critters. We “dabbled” with other vets when we moved, but quickly went back to Dr Shaffer…he is worth the drive?”
