“1st time visit to this facility but we are a regular at one of the sister sites. Very impressed with Dr. Carr. He listened and gave an honest upfront opinion and listened to our needs and wants as well as our eldest is in the 9th inning with 2 outs. We are so impressed that even thou its a 45 minute drive for us we would make the trip for our furry kids. Highly recommend if your searching for a vet who listens and doesnt just want to subscribe tests and stuff pills down the your dog's throat.”

“I came as a walk in for puppy vaccinations. The waiting room is as clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A wellness check was included for free and my puppy was weighed and looked at before the vaccinations. The service was quick and took about 15 minutes. She got her ten week shots and then the vet tech came out to tell me where she got the shots and that she could be sore. She was also checked for parasites at the visit. The timeframe for puppy vaccinations was explained during check out and I left with a follow up appointment. We also were given her first flea and tick medication for me to administer at home. Very informative visit and very affordable.”

From the moment I arrived I knew this was my babies new vet. From the front end staff to the technicians and Dr Bone, I knew my Oscar and Daisey were in great hands. “I cannot thank Dr. Mandava and the team at North Lewisville Animal Clinic enough. My husband picked up our Poodle, Roscoe, from the groomers and noticed his eyes were red. The groomer claimed it was just allergies, but within minutes, it became a terrifying situation—Roscoe couldn't see and was walking into things. I called the clinic in a panic. The receptionist was, as always, so kind and immediately told us to come straight in. Dr. Mandava saw us right away. He was incredibly gentle with Roscoe, who stayed calm and actually loves coming to this clinic! Dr. Mandava used drops and a light to carefully examine him, assuring me there were no cuts or scrapes. He diagnosed it as a reaction to shampoo getting in his eyes. He prescribed antibiotics and directed me on how to use a saline flush. Roscoe started improving quickly and was fully healed within a few days. I am so grateful for Dr. Mandava’s expertise and the kindness of the entire staff. Highly recommend!”

“We had to take our furbaby to Blue Pearl Monday afternoon cause she was having trouble getting up on the sofa or just even in our laps. Everyone was so sweet to her, her tail never stopped wagging. They made her feel so much better and put my mind at ease. We took her to our regular vet for bloodwork & it came back normal. She was diagnosed with floating patella s on both back legs. I would highly recommend Blue Pearl Pet Hospital in any circumstance.”

“Dr. Brinkley and the staff at this Banfield location saved my dogs life. For 2-3 weeks my dog has been sick with some of the worst symptoms I've ever seen. She didn't eat nor drink water for two weeks, not to mention the vomiting, incontinence and tremors. We had four visit within that time frame, trying to pinpoint the cause. We finally got an answer today, and for the first time in two weeks my dog was interested in treats and ate a small amount of food. Immediately after leaving the vet, she had the energy to jump in the car, something we havent seen in a week. I cant thank the staff and Dr. Brinkley enough for saving my dogs life and caring enough about her to keep trying different test until we finally found the answer.”
