I had a delivery was told It would be delivered on Tuesday got off work early for that reason but NO! One came by finally i called following day than it was delivered my 75” TV BUT they delivered the one on display and not the brand new one in box so I called next day ok yeah there swapping it which if i wouldn’t called to get it swapped they would of not said anything again waiting for that delivery I’m calling NO! Answer.. Not happy & Very disappointed

I placed an order in store on November of 2023 for a washer/dryer and a sectional to be delivered by December 8th to my new apartment. I was given the run around for months. They never ordered my merchandise. And kept blaming other employees. Kevin would tell me he was ordering the items, then the next week when I called to follow up he would give some excuse as to why he didn’t.
My stuff was finally delivered on December 15th 2023. By February of 2024 I returned the sectional due to horrible quality. I continued to pay for the washer/dryer.
Come April of 2024 I reported to the Bastrop location that half of my screen on my washer wasn’t working. After a month of calling the store and asking for it to be repaired in May 2024 Kevin finally came and looked at it. Told me he never seen that before. That a loaner would be issued to be so it can be repaired. It is now September 2024. I still have a washer that half the screen doesn’t work.
Kevin is a very disorganized manager. He had his delivery drivers go to my mom’s home, looking for me. When she came to the store to confront Kevin about the drivers, he said they had no idea who she was. Yet we have Ring Footage of the drivers talking about my mother. During the conversation with Kevin, he told my mother that I had never made a payment. Which is 1. A bull face lie, I have the proof that payments were made. 2. He discussed financial matters with someone that was NOT on my account. 3. If that was the case why wasn’t the washer/dryer taken when the couch was returned?
I have been waiting for Aaron’s to come get the washer/Dryer, but the Drivers like to leave notes on my door (with business matters about my account written on them as well, I have pictures) and they don’t knock. They NEVER knock!
Now. The only good thing about the Bastrop location is Steven. He is truly an amazing person, and deserves to be recognized. He is doing an incredible job, especially picking up the backlash from having a crappy manager. Steven thank you so much for being Awesome, and keeping a level head unlike your manager Kevin. Who can’t seem to control his temper. (Watch the camera, Friday Aug 30th)
Moral of this story, is don’t do business with the Bastrop Location until they either Fire Kevin as the manager, or train him to actually do his job effectively.

this is the worst experience we’ve had with a furniture company the management is so rude and they gave us a time they would show up they were 3 hours late and we were the only delivery of the WEEK this is completely ridiculous service.

Steven was an excellent employee. He made our evening spectacular. We had a rough week and he assured us that he would take care of us to the best of his ability..This is the best customer service we have received by far in many months. Thank you so much Steven!!!!

This place has been nothing but trouble. They can't seem to be organized on when to pick up their merchandise or the people you talk to guarantee when they will do something and then you see no results. I will never be going through them again. This should of been a 0 star rating.

I'm a little disappointed in this location. My husband and I purchased a washer/dryer set recently. We were told to do the autopay route but if we chose to not do it anymore we can give them a call and they'll take it off. Well my husband called yesterday to remove it and said they can't help him. Then today I called (I've paid the first payment, with no issues with MY own debit account) the man said he can't speak with me due to me not being on the account... So basically y'all have no problem with me PAYING for this washer and dryer but when I request to have MY personal bank card taken off the auto pay, y'all can't speak with me? Ridiculous. I really liked this place but unfortunately I'm regretting our decision to rent from here. I feel like we were lied to from the beginning.

Been dealing with Aaron's for over 10 years now. Wouldn't go anywhere else the uncovers service workers are great. And if u have any problems the manager Jesse is right there to make sure it gets worked out. Best place to shop for furniture in Bastrop. Thanks guys

I *attempted* to purchase a couch from Aaron's. My experience was everything but satisfactory. Upon lifting the cushions there was quite a bit of trash. Food wrappers, used tissue, 2 different spoons among other things. The loveseats arm was also broken on arrival. When I called to get the issue rectified I was offered a poor apology and the option to replace the loveseat with a new one for more than I would've paid. Nothing to rectify the disgusting mess that was brought into my home because of that couch, no offer of taking it and properly cleaning it according to their own standards. Not an offer of even the slightest discount for this filthy "like new couch". I'm glad this mistake happened however, as virtually everyone I knew told me that I dodged a bullet afterwards.

I tried to get my computer paid off early morning, got told I would get a call back to get it all done. No call back, had to do my own calling and was told "oh the lady just walked out on a smoke break"..like excuse me? What do you do? I've been waiting all day because of you guys and you tell me basically I have to keep waiting because you're on a break, so I wait for a phone call...nothing. I call AGAIN 5 -10 mins before they close and it rings and rings and rings until the time of them closing. I'm this close to applying there and getting this place shut down, because that's ridiculous. I can do yalls job better than yall.
