I Traveled out of town for the military and I needed a gym to match my training style needs and stumbled on this gem. Great and diverse equipment to choose from for any beginner or intermediate athlete looking to get a training session.

The NEW Manager Shelly is amazing, she's always there and ready to help. She keeps her staff on point with cleaning supplies and bathroom cleanliness. You will catch her constantly going out to the floor to refill, and make sure equipment is up to par. She's NEW but doing ? great! I see great things for the gym in the future.

I tried it once and honestly I think it’s a great gym! Definitely find this gym so chill and yes depends when you go to visit because it can get busy but the owners are so sweet and walked me through! I’ll be back soon!
