Go see Joseph at the Bastrop AT&T store on W Hwy 71 near Chick Filet. Didn’t have to wait & had a positive experience. Joseph was knowledgeable & helpful. Highly recommend this store.

Cory J at the ATT store in Bastrop is exceptional at customer service. She solved my problem in a courteous professional manner. Even though there is an ATT store closer to my home, I'll go back to this one because of her service!

Today I had to return to the Bastrop store to resolve a problem from yesterday. A young professional named Elijah, whose kindness and efficiency were very much appreciated, at least got my phone working again. Tomorrow I should be able to reconnect to the internet.

Today I had a less than positive experience at the store. I bought an iPhone about 2 weeks ago. The charger cable it came with quit after a few days. Today I went to get a replacement, that I assumed would be free. The young guy who waited on me started to charge me. When I told him that I just got it, he said that I’d have to get a replacement from apple. I understand, but, I just bought it there, and I didn’t want to have to go through all that. He said he wasn’t authorized to make the decision to just give it to me. He never offered to get a manager or anything to make sure. I told him it may cost a google review star, he said he didn’t care. You know what, I understand policy, but I also understand customer service. Maybe I’m unreasonable or unrealistic to expect a simple charging cable to be free. It was less than two weeks old.

I have to say ATT STORE in BASTROP
is THE BEST the employees are all so very helpful really appreciate the help today from Esmeralda, always worth the hour drive to get the great service .

I've been to this store twice this week. The second time because my experience the first time was so great. Jesse, Chuka and Eddy went above and beyond to take care of me. Expectational customer service.

So at first my review was one star now I have got another review to write. Christian and Chuka have fully redeemed the problems we faced. I have to say they made happy and I have no problems this time I will do business here again now. I thought the problems were not going to resolved but both gentlemen worked diligently to make everything better.
