I went in to pick up an online order. Took 45 minutes, got double charged and then had one of our phones turned off without knowing. When we called to ask what happened the guy that was “helping me” completely blamed us for it!

My husband and I bought our iPhone 12s at the same time we bought "lifetime screen protectors", but because the computer said we bought iPhone 11 screens (to go on our 12), our warranty is void and we have to now purchase the correct screens. So, does this sound like it was an employee mistake or a customer mistake? Was told this was not correctable. This is horrible customer service!!!
