Everyone is helpful and thorough. The clinic in Bastrop is more convenient than having to drive to Austin. The staff is exceptional.

I love my Dr, but the billing department Sucks. They billed twice for a visit in January. The insurance says that the paid in March. The billing department refuses to call BCBS to clear it up. They got my $25 and are billing me $67. For an office visit. Will be looking for another Dr.

Melinda Holliday and her manager David are unprofessional and not knowledgeable! All about your money and not your health, not even for your child. So glad we have a better provider in the area, who we can call and the front office actually picks up.

I had Nathan Anderson as a doctor and I went to see him and during that time he would not give the respect to look me in the eyes. The way he acted It made me feel like He pawned me off to a specialist for mental health after seeing him one time. Then I had a virtual visit appointment with him where he did not get on camera and they charged me 200 dollars for that visit. I never felt so low as a human being the way I was treated.

Emmy the NP was super nice and understanding. I needed a referral to another specialist and she was very helpful. I will be moving my primary care over to her from now on.

First time at the Bastrop location. Everyone is so nice. This ARC has its own pathology lab. The doctor also educated me on other services that may benefit me. Definitely recommend this location.

Dr. Coelho is hands down the best pediatrician I have ever had care for my children. Such a great clinician and patient advocate!

I made an appointment to see Dr Anderson. I was told he isn’t taking any new patients (I wasn’t there to try and establish care) and then he didn’t see me, they sent in an NP. Not going back again, that isn’t an acceptable level of care to me.

If you want a backstabbing, rude pediatrician and one to call CPS on you because you don’t want your infant vaccinated, Dr. Holiday is the doctor for you! I will definitely be spreading the word.
