“What wonderfully nice and super efficient people in this office. I was first greeted by a wonderfully young lady when I walked in and then handed over to Jennifer. Jennifer handled business with my claim like her life depended on it. That woman does not miss a beat. When I picked up my truck, and she thought something was a little loose on my tailgate, SHE Pulled out her own bag of tools and started tightening things. She told me that she wanted me to have no concerns and to get back with her in a couple of days to let her know everything is A-OK.
I appreciated all the “good feels” of all the staff in this front office.
The work done by the mechanics was perfect. Thanks Guys! (And girls?) Oh! I was told that it would take about a week to get my truck done, and they managed to do it all in two days.

“Went to a tire shop only to hear excuses. (Dont mess with rolling rescue in Smithville their trash.) Limped my motorcycle the 20 miles to Bastrop and these guys were awesome. Gave me the tools I needed and a new valve stem plus let me do the repair myself (motorcycle) gave me the air to finish the job and only charged me $6! Thank you guys so much”

Todd and the gang are very good at communicating and helping me out on diagnosis on my Mules. They advocated for me with Kawasaki on a transmission issue. The mule was long past warranty and they stood behind it. Try that with any other brand. I shopped multiple other dealers for the new purchase and ended up here. Consider the dealer and service when looking. I have found the advertised price on new units very often does not include a lot of hidden fees that really add up. Give these guys a call.”

“Let me start out by saying the work was immaculate. I have a paint color that is very difficult to match. Not only that, but Mike’s team took the time to repair a chip for free without me even asking.
I love supporting local businesses and I understand that things aren't as fast as corporate options. So there are just a few things that I want to point out that could be remedied for an even better experience:
1. The total time of repair for a bumper and headlight was 2.5 weeks with the caveat that I did want OEM parts. If you need quick service, you might need to choose another shop.
2. Communication was nonexistent and was 100% left to me to call and get updates. Even progress text updates would have been appreciated.
3. That red sticker he proudly displays on his office window almost made me go elsewhere, so keep an eye out and decide for yourself if this is a business you want to support. Personally, it gave me the ick.
The one star removed was simply based on communication. Thank you for making my car perfect again.”
