“After a trusted body shop told me they wouldn't (ever again) deal with the insurance company of the person who damaged my car, I went to Caliber in Bastrop. The office seemed very professional & I was impressed with Jennifer Aguirre as she carefully went over the body of my 5 yo car to be sure of what damage was involved in the collision. While the work took longer than I imagined, I could see that they were a very busy shop and Jennifer did a very good job of keeping me posted on the progress with text messages every couple of days. Jennifer also worked well with the insurance company & there were no delays at the end when paperwork could have held things up. The paint work (3 layer) on my car looks like new, even where blended, and the car was even cleaner inside than when I brought it in. Jennifer even aired up my tires when that pesky light came on as I was about to drive away. If I need body work, I will certainly go back to Jennifer at Caliber.”

“Haven’t even left the parking lot and I needed to get on here and brag about Rick. I already really liked how in spite of being busy, he made it a point to warmly greet every single customer that walked in the door - that alone doesn’t happen anymore in most places but then as he was tidying up, he stopped me to ask if I needed help and I did but I likely wouldn’t have asked so that was so appreciated! I have a foreign car that’s a pain in the butt for basically everything but he didn’t hesitate - he made sure I got the right blades because naturally I had picked out the wrong ones myself lol and he went out of his way to install them for me and be sure they were perfect. His interactions with the other customers also and how courteous and professional and warm he was with just everyone really set him apart - hence the parking lot review I felt compelled to make. He’s a real asset to this place and I know I’ll be back here for sure when I need anything just because of him.”

“Michael Liriano is awesome!Let me explain:I have been wanting a 2023 Prius since I saw the first photos of this new generation Prius. But following the news, I knew obtaining one in 2023 was a long shot. I initially inquired at the Toyota dealership closest to my house and was told they had a waitlist and it cost $500 to get on it. They also said I'd be waiting months and they had no idea when a Prius close to my specifications would come in. All the other dealerships in and around Austin told me the same.But Michael told me something totally different. He asked me what my specifications were, did some research, and found my car! Then he coordinated a dealer to dealer trade and my car arrived exactly when he said it would! I couldn't believe it!Everything about the transaction was smooth, all things considered regarding how car buying is in this day in age. But Michael, Beau and Cody made sure we were taken care of and in and out quickly! We will definitely be buying all of our Toyotas from Lost Pines!”

“Went to a tire shop only to hear excuses. (Dont mess with rolling rescue in Smithville their trash.) Limped my motorcycle the 20 miles to Bastrop and these guys were awesome. Gave me the tools I needed and a new valve stem plus let me do the repair myself (motorcycle) gave me the air to finish the job and only charged me $6! Thank you guys so much”

They will even install used tires for you as long as those tires were manufactured within the last 2 years and are suitable for safe vehicular travel.
