He was very understanding and kept in touch with me the entire process! He fixed my door in a timely manner (1 week) He detailed the inside of my car at no extra cost, without being asked to do so! Will never go to another shop ever! Hands down the best Shop in town!”

“Very helpful!!! They checked my batteries and found it was the alternator not working properly. Yes, they had the alternator we needed and double checked it was the correct one. He explained to me what he was doing and what the numbers meant on his computer was he was doing it. Ladies, he treated me with respect and didn't treat me like I was stupid just because I'm a woman.”

“What a delightful experience I had this morning with Mrs Jennifer! My check engine light came on when I got in the car this morning. I drove straight to Auto Zone in Bastrop to have the light read. Jennifer got me hooked up and the codes printed right away. It came back coolant issue, but she came back out and put the battery machine on too to ensure I got a full check. I let my car cool off for a good while and then went in to purchase the coolant I needed. She helped me find the right one and I was able to get back on the road safely! I am so thankful for the thorough help I received this morning, especially since I got an oil change at Midas last week, which is supposed to come with a fluid top off and they FAILED to mention my coolant was BONE DRY. I highly recommend Auto Zone in Bastrop for battery charges, car parts, and check engine light reads. They are honest and thorough, which seems hard to find these days for auto care. 10/10 customer service!!!”
