Bnb is a bastrop staple. The kind of place that always remembers your name. Always busy for good reason but they always have multiple guys running the desk so never takes roo long. They have so much so much stuff in that lil place it's incredible what you might find in there. If they don't have it they can get it. Patrick is usually my go to guy always friendly and takes his time to help, even when he's slammed.

Audra and team went above and beyond in my time of need. I have an older motorhome that the started failed while driving thru Bastrop. They helped cross the starter over to a Napa number and had one at the sister store. They arranged for it to be delivered to me as well as batteries. Not a normal thing to do but they have earned my business everytime I am in town. Thanks again Audra.

This place can get real busy. It is my go to place for custom hoses for my tractor. I also buy fluids here and various bolts and nuts. They are very knowledgeable and help you with your purchases or questions. I also had chain saws repaired here. They do good work but are slow.

The staff usually was always rude, but over the last 6 months or so, they have been much nicer and pleasant to deal with. However, this past Saturday, an employee named Patrick took rudeness to a whole new level. He was also quite argumentative. I called their other store and asked that the owner return my call to discuss this...but still have not heard back from him. Going forward, I will do my best to better prepare and have my parts shipped the week before I need them so I don't have to go back to this store.

Friendly and great service. They helped me with everything I needed. I normally get good staff to help. Occasionally I hear some of the employees complaining but that's been a common thing now a days. I still will come here first before the other auto stores in town.
