I thought I had ruined them because they would no longer hold a charge. I called Mark to order a new set and he talked me out of it! Instead, he walked me through the desulfication/reconditioning process. Mark the owner is super patient in explaining the cause and how I could correct the problem and get a few more years out of the Lifelines. He genuinely cares about the products he sells and his customers. Very refreshing in today's 'disposable' battery market.”

It was all hands on deck two other employees came out one being the manager, the other Ginger. lol and at one point, another guy came out to help. Teamwork definitely made the dream work.
