This is the worst best buy I have bought from. Don't every buy online with this store. Waited all day for a laptop I paid for online in the morning, they canceled it at closing. This manager of this store needs to be fired for letting this happen. Will never buy from best buy again, I'll always buy on Amazon for electronics.

I went into best buy bastrop today and they follow you around And make you feel like a thief. I got a gift card from Work wanted to look before I could even make a move, they jump right in front of you. Like I knew, they closed down their registers, and I was supposed to go to customer service . I never shop at Best Buy and only did because of the gift card this cements it i’ll never go back .

I was to have my Samsung 85" TV delivered TODAY but the delivery driver just drove by and didn't stop! Delivery was from 3pm to 7pm but they drove by at 8:23pm!Now I'm being told my delivery will be 5 days later!Do not use their delivery service!

They deserve zero stars. If you buy appliances here DO NOT have them install them. Get a bunch of friends to bring in the appliances and install them. Your friends have your best interest but Best Buy's 'contractors' don't. We had a washer and dryer installed. They showed up and asked us to borrow tools because they didn't have the correct tools. They damaged our few days old floor when bringing in the fridge and slightly damaged the wall as they turned the corner. We noticed the odor of gas a few days later. Our local gas company came out and said there was a gas leak at the connector (which we simply tightened). We also discovered about a month later, when we had to call a licensed plumber, that instead of removing the water line pipe cover for the washer installation they hit it with a hammer (obviously didn't know how to remove it) causing it to fall down in the pipe. After many times using the washer the pipe cover flipped blocking the water flow and it flooded the front part of our house. I found out later they are not certified appliance techs so why is Best Buy sending them AND allowing them to work with natural gas? I will never purchase another thing from Best Buy. Never. Their insurance company still hasn't addressed damages. Best Buy and their insurance company suck!! I shouldn't be surprised that a company who sends out incompetent people would also have an incompetent insurance company.

It's hard to rate these big box stores. But the Bastrop Best Buy has what I need and is convenient to get in and out of. The staff was kind.

be careful with the employees there at Best Buy. I went there and the manager told the employees that he doesn't have time to be helping me. I don't know why I never done nothing to nobody there but I guess because of my race he saw me and I heard him that he said I don't got time to be helping him. He skipped me help the people behind me tall white blonde guy his name is Drake or Blake. Very disrespectful man. I guess Guy's parents have problems at home. That's why he is the way he is. he walked by me like if I was nothing which I understand I'm just a customer, but still made me feel like crap

Placed an order for curbside pick for 1 item. Received a text and email saying my order was ready so I made the 25 minute drive to pick up. When I arrive I park in the curbside spot and check in via the app. After 10 minutes of no one bringing me my order I try to call the store and instead I can only connect with a call center, not anyone in the store and the customer service reps couldn’t transfer me either. So reluctantly I had to take my 2 kids out of the car to go inside and grab my order. I asked to speak with a manager but he was busy with a customer. The blue shirt that helped me stated he had just clocked in and it was his responsibility to fulfill curbside orders and apologized. I was clearly frustrated and expressed my concerns loud enough for the manager to hear, he didn’t seem to care as he didn’t address me at all or even attempt to acknowledge the situation. Once the associate handed me my item I left as I didn’t want to waste anymore time there.
