I couldn't think about the mold around the tub, buildup dirt in corners, doors not shutting all the way or I would not have been able to sleep. The tub dripped and the sink sprayed everywhere. The refrigerator didn't work right away and when I called the front desk she seemed annoyed. The doors and tub already had work orders but didn't know when they would be fixed. She had me mess with the thermostat before she came up (she was the only one there and the hotel was full). We put our items in their kitchen fridge. After we got back from dinner the fridge was cold.
The morning shower flooded the bathroom floor.
Breakfast was good.

Had an excellent and comfortable stay here- the staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room and hotel itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was hot and delicious.

I was greeted by Rolando at the front. He’s friendly, professional, and very accommodating even though my reservation was booked for the wrong day. He had my room ready for me to check in the next day no issues.

Stayed here for a wedding, and the experience was amazing! The staff was by far the friendliest I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Once again, the entire team was fantastic—especially Rolando!

Rolando was super hospitable, even came through with a solid restaurant recommendation. Room was super clean and AC was on point. Location is nice and quiet but close to food and shopping. Left my kindle and staff alerted me very quickly in time to return for it. Breakfast had real food not just muffins.

Rolando and the rest of the staff were very friendly. Rolando provided an old school concierge experience that was nice. Rooms are clean, price is fair, breakfast and parking are free. I'd stay again and would recommend to others. Thanks for a nice stay while in Bastrop!

Was staying at this hotel for a wedding. Found 2 cockroaches and a big spider hanging out in our room during our 2 night stay. Multiple friends staying at the same hotel for this wedding also found critters roaming their rooms. Absolutely disgusting and totally unacceptable! Don’t know how this hotel has good ratings! The rooms and shower were in fact functional thankfully, but the view was of a brick wall, pool fits what seems like 2 people…They do have complimentary breakfast, but after finding the insects, I don’t dare touch the food. Do NOT stay here.
