Brite & Shiny Car Wash Bastrop is a veteran-owned self-service car wash. Reviewers note it is the nicest in Bastrop, with stalls that are tall, not dark, and super clean. The pressure washer wands are new and have great pressure for a quick wash. Customer service is great, with quick refunds if there is an issue. However, some equipment, like machines and vacuums, often needs service or is broken, with prices considered too high. The back truck wash area could be cleaner. While easy to get in and out of, the vacuum time runs out very fast and is extremely loud.

For an auto touchless car wash it’s pretty good and value for money. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I had an issue today between the app and scan at the wash bay and the gentleman took care of it right away

Not very good. Ran my Seqouia thru the $8 wash. I couldn't tell it had been washed. Ran my newly purchased Infiniti thru the $12 wash, I basically hand washed it in the vacuum bay again. Maybe the road grime these days is impenetrable.
