The lack of attention to detail in the service I received is concerning.
First, there was a missing clip that secures the air filter to the bumper, which was replaced, leaving the air box unsecured. Additionally, they installed a used light instead of a new one, which was not properly sealed and had moisture buildup. Although I had this replaced later, I had to miss a day of work because of it. Furthermore, they installed a new light with a bulb that was yellow, while my car originally came with blue lamps. As a result, I now have two different color headlights.
When I brought my car in, I had no issues with the windshield wiper fluid. However, it now leaks from my fender where the hose is run. The staff insists they didn’t touch that area and cannot address the issue, despite the fact that the reservoir is mounted on parts they worked on and the hose runs behind the fender they repaired.
I also noticed that the fender liner access covers, which were present before, are now missing.
Overall, this situation has cost me days off work to fix problems caused by the lack of quality control and attention to detail, and my car is still not properly repaired. I will need to replace the bulbs, fix the windshield wiper fluid hose, and replace the missing fender liner access covers at my own expense because I refuse to continue wasting my time with Caliber Collision.

I reached out to Caliber Collision Bastrop with an inquiry regarding an insurance-covered repair. I was informed that the specific Caliber location I contacted was not considered an "in-network" provider, while other Caliber locations were. Although I was aware of this, I was under the impression that any repair shop could handle the repair based on the rights letter I received from Progressive. The individual I spoke with did not seem particularly interested in assisting me and made an attempt to abruptly end the conversation. Despite my efforts to seek clarification on certain details that could guide me in the repair process, she declined to provide any further information and suggested that I search for the information online. After an uncomfortable silence, she ended the call. I consider myself a straightforward and polite communicator and not someone who engages in excessive conversation, so there was no reason for this behavior on my side of the line.
While I acknowledge that everyone may encounter challenging days, I believe it is essential to provide honest feedback regarding customer service experiences. This review is not intended to reflect on the quality of work performed by Caliber but solely on the customer service I received.

What wonderfully nice and super efficient people in this office. I was first greeted by a wonderfully young lady when I walked in and then handed over to Jennifer. Jennifer handled business with my claim like her life depended on it. That woman does not miss a beat. When I picked up my truck, and she thought something was a little loose on my tailgate, SHE Pulled out her own bag of tools and started tightening things. She told me that she wanted me to have no concerns and to get back with her in a couple of days to let her know everything is A-OK.
I appreciated all the “good feels” of all the staff in this front office.
The work done by the mechanics was perfect. Thanks Guys! (And girls?) Oh! I was told that it would take about a week to get my truck done, and they managed to do it all in two days.
WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE!! Well, they are your local, Bastrop Caliber Collision folks, and they are doing a kick ass job. 10 stars!

So, I ran out of gas in front if this business, I asked every single person to give me a ride to a gas station, it was one mile away. If I was your daughter, your sister, your mother who ran put of gas I think you'd want someone to help her, I try to live by those principles in my life. I would want someone to help my brother, sister , or mother in that or any situation where they are in need of some kindness from a good hearted person. These men and the one woman looked at me like I was human garbage. I know they were all on shift, but the owner was there, told me to ask a worker to do it. I'd think it would be OK to take 15 minutes 20 tops to drive me just over a mile away maybe 2 , round trip to help someone. I didn't need the money just a ride. My phone was dying. Luckily I got a Uber after 45 minutes of being told "no, ask that guy over there." Or being in a room full of men standing around and all of them acted like I never spoke. I have to say. I have a classic el Camino that needs work, I actually looked at going to this place. Needless to say I will NEVER go here. What literal terrible people. My Uber driver was a god send, took me to a closer gas station than what the uber app said there was and I tipped him 25 bucks. You know I was homeless for a long time, ive been off the streets for 15 years , this reminds me of when I was r***ed and I ran away barely escaping with my life and asked people I saw walking down the street to call the police for me and they walked away, i was screaming for help and crying, clothes hanging off of me and 19, this situation gave me flashbacks of that feeling. I will NEVER forget the refusal to help, if they had said I needed to pay for them to do it, I would have. Instead they sent me in a circle of asking people, while one guy was literally sitting in his truck. Anyone could have helped me, I hope nothing like this ever happens to one of your daughters or mother or sister, but if it does, they are around folks who are better people than you. Also, I want to say, I know this is not anything required , you don't have to help a person in need, you could have probably had my car towed, and I'm glad you didn't do that. But there is no worse feeling than being surrounded by people when you are in distress and need help and everyone acts like your invisible.
