Jenni makes all the difference and greet’s you with a hello and smile when you walk in the door. She’s very knowledgeable about James Avery jewelry and she helped me pick out a beautiful charm for my daughter.I love the customer service she gives and it is always a pleasure whenever I go there and she is there. I've lived in Bastrop County for years now. Had the pleasure of doing business with a very pleasant young lady by the name of Jenni. She gave me a great deal on some power tools I was needing to complete a job and I wasn't trying to spend a whole lot at a big ticket store for something I was needing temporarily. They had everything I needed for the right price and it came with a pleasant smile. Go in and see Jenni. You will not be let down.

Outstanding customer service. Jennifer went above and beyond. She pulled an extension ladder on her own, climbed to the top, hung Christmas lights to ensure great product. She pulled tools out on display and built me a bird house to ensure tools were reliable.
