Check it out. Might be the first 1 star review I have ever given. I paid and exchanged a tank of propane as a spare. The one lasted a month or so and we swapped out the tanks. As my daughter was grilling with the new tank, the whole underside of the grill burst into flames. Thank God she is a quick thinker at 19 and grabbed a 10 lb abc fire extinguisher and put it out. No injuries and my house didn’t burn down. She called me and the Tank was still leaking gas, so she grabbed a rag to keep from getting burned and turned off the gas. I checked it when I returned home and discovered it was indeed leaking and misdiagnosed it as a bad valve on the grill. Fast forward, I got another Weber grill and hooked the same tank up and it also leaked. It appears that the tank valve or at least the O ring is bad. I returned to your store to swap it out ( not asking for anything else) and they refused because I didn’t have a receipt. I frequent your store on many occasions per month and the two employees recognize me I’m sure. I would like to know what you think in this situation is a reasonable way to handle it. The tank is obviously full and the O ring sure looks like the issue to me. I would like the opportunity to change this review to a 5. Hopefully I am not being too harsh. Sincerely Tom
I am going to a different store to pay and swap out empty one with good valve and O ring

Man that works at 11:25 on the day of Monday February 10 was very rude and I won't be going to that store anymore I usually go everyday day with no problems til this man starts working.......

Worst service these two chick's close the store making it to where I can't pay for my gas with cash and they are just behind the counter stocking items like I'm sorry you have two priorities to your job customer care and stocking but they failed the customer care part

What the heck kind of Circle K is this?! There is no way to enter your Circle K membership #. You can't get your cents off and loyalty points. I discussed this with the employee and he acted like I was speaking Greek. How do you run a Circle K and know nothing about the rewards program?! Also the floor was very dirty with drops of mud or something?! This is no way to run a convenience store.

This place is great stop on your journey to austin. its easy to get off and back on 71 which saves time , its very clean and the gas prices are always cheaper especially with the .10 cents off discount card,the cashiers are always fast friendly and eager to help ! the food is awesome too! and always have good sales . The picnic tables inside are gone now which is a bummer but still well worth the stop!

#1 WORST customer service, employees are not attentive or fast at anything they do. I live very close and use this station often and it's the same thing every time.

The kitchen employee who doesn't know the difference between fajita and brisket owes me an epi-pen. My husband just brought home a whole bag of tacos, all labeled beef brisket. Every single one of them was really beef fajita. I am allergic to most varieties of green peppers, and they were all loaded. So I got one bite and a swollen face and throat. We read labels carefully to avoid these issues. Incorrect labels on food are extremely dangerous.
