I normally don’t go to dealerships because I don’t want to have to haggle with people over what I want and be talked into something I don’t want. I usually strictly only buy at CarMax due to this. However, my credit isn’t the best right now due to our car getting totaled and gap not covering the remainder. We were shopping for a specific vehicle and Jesus Gomez listened and did not try to talk us into another vehicle due to my credit. He just found us another way to get into it. His manager Carlos also helped us and made sure we got a good deal still and helped make our decision easy by working with us on an affordable payment (without us even asking) and making sure we felt comfortable buying the car without seeing it in person. We are 3 and 1/2 hours away from Bastrop and they sent us extra pictures and answered all of our questions honestly about the car’s condition. They delivered the car to us on the day we needed them to for free and the people who dropped it off patiently waited while we inspected and test drove it before accepting the vehicle. Jesus followed up in the days after accepting the vehicle to make sure we were still happy with it. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. We are 100% happy with the experience and the vehicle. Definitely recommend this dealership and this salesman and his a manager!! Thank you for all your help Jesus and Carlos!!

Took them a week just to tell me they couldn’t do anything, called throughout the week to get updates and was told I would receive call backs but never got them. Was told that if my vehicle needed to go to another location they would tow it, but they didn’t, I had to go pick it up myself. Service center wasn’t that attentive nor as welcoming. I believe anyone is better off going somewhere else rather than attempting to receive services from here.

We bought a New Truck on 11/28/2025..
After getting to the finance department we were rushed through and Russell Keith Thompson Jr .. told my husband he was gonna call the bank and buy down our credit points if he would purchase the warranty ..We did not realize there was 8 warranties totaling 8993$ so be very careful when talking to this guy !!! And make sure you get a paper contract not the little computer stick ..So we bank with Wells Fargo and lucky that’s who financed our truck they called us about theses extra warranties and there’s no such thing as buying down credit points they said our interest stay same with or without warranties .I called canceled all but the gap!! Still waiting on my refund!!! Also it was dark buy the time we left there and our truck was obviously rushed through the make ready it was a messy dusty windows were all wiped down with a dirty rag I guess..I would have given them 0 stars if there was option !!!
