In for the 7,500 service for my Suburban. Was lucky enough to get Dawn as my advisor. She coordinated the service and got two recalls for software re programming done in an efficient and professional way, while keeping me informed. Dawn rocks!

Walked in, the vehicle we came to see was pulled up front, ready for the test drive. We really appreciate being trusted as grown adults to go on an extended test drive. We liked the truck and we had a deal before we left. As it was late in day, delivery had to be delayed as a part needed to be replaced. Delivery is set for Thursday or Friday, at our home, saving us another 65 mile drive. This was the easiest vehicle I have ever bought.

It took them 6 weeks to give me a diagnostic and a bunch of excuses and lies every time I ask for an update. Another 3 weeks to get the parts needed and about 3 more weeks to install. Worst service team.
When you ask them for an update on your vehicle they don't know anything and need to find out or make calls but never call you back to give you an answer.
Need to hire professional and responsible people the ones in charge of the service department are damaging the reputation of a great car company.

Hoping to not have to leave any stars. “Will” doesn’t return our calls and let us know what is going on with our vehicles.. says a couple hours .. and then it takes a day and several more calls to get a response. We will be going elsewhere for our vehicle maintenance
