I was told that MOMO is the big man, and this is his store, and they don't work for cricket or 611 and they don't have to honor ANYTHING from Cricket.
The sales associate Julie told me she couldn't help me until she calls Big Man Momo. 611 sent me to this location as this is the closest store to me and told me to show them the code that 611 sent me to right the wrong the cricket stores are pulling on customers by making double sales numbers by selling you a phone with an added line everytime you want to upgrade a line. Julie at the store told me she wouldn't scam me because she believes in God, she then took her phone back from me that Momo was on when Momo told me to wait 45 minutes and Julie lied and said she did look at my code so just because you say you belive in God does not mean you are a good person. Satan believes in God, and Jesus's best friend who believes in God betrayed him. Julie told me she needed Momo to help her with ANOTHER customer because she had not messed their account up as well after she sold them 3 apple phones. So 20 minutes after she said THIS location is NOT a location of the cricket scam, she had already scammed ANOTHER customer by selling them 3 apple phones that didn't work on their account. I will NOT return to this store again.

I recently got a mobile hotspot on the go. I was told it was going to work in Mexico that is so FALSE. It dont work called customer care and they said i have 7 days to return so i can get a refund.Hello its a 17 hr drive to a crickett store . they did not want to help. Its so frustrating that cricket says it will work in mexico why do you even say that if your not sure. im so mad. now im thinking if i should change carrier. ive been with crickett so many years. no cared to help me to get my money backš” they need to get all tge facts straight before you tell customers about the devices

I was in this location today to help a friend get a new phone. We interacted with 3 employees during our visit. The first one kept taking calls while assisting us. Then a young man was supposed to finish our transaction as the first lady was too busy. Problem is the young man really didn't seem to know completely what he was doing as this resulted in having to return to the store. We discovered he had thrown out the sim card.....nothing worked! Jill I believe is the manager.... appeared she was the only one able to set up the new phone for my elderly friend. There wasn't one word of apology from George or Debra for the inconvenience they had caused us. How unprofessional is that?? Thank goodness for Jill!!

They sold me the wrong phone case and then did not want to refund my money. They offered me store credit. Very rude... Asked for the manager. It took 20 minutes to get my money back...

Went the cricket in Bastrop, while I was here Jill was amazing and helped me in every way! She is an amazing manager and was multitasking the whole time helping her employees while assisting me and other customers as well. She is top notch and you guys are very lucky to have her at this location and had the best experience! Just awesome!

Stopped in the other day, place was packed. I was really pushed for time and I needed to add a couple of lines but unfortunately I guess cricket doesn't offer detailed billing. Very important in my line of work, so I'll know how much time to bill my clients on consultation time. I was pretty frustrated over this, until I believe it was the manager, I can't remember her name, Judy or Jill, totally saved the day in replacing one of my company phones. As I stood there I watched all her other employees resolve customer needs like they were harmonically synced. I know I could use a manager back at our offices. Excellent staff, Excellent leadership.

So disappointed in this location. Came in on Tuesday to switch to cricket from TMobile. I came in and told them ( a guy with dreads, and a pregnant woman) (they both already had attitudes and were annoyed we bothered them sitting at the little circle table in the center of the store, that Iād like to transfer my current number to my old cricket phone with service as well. So these two were laughing and just having the time of their lives that they FAILED to transfer my husband and I number to the phones. They gave us the complete OPPOSITE of what we asked for. We got a new number. When I told them thatās not what we asked for, the man with the dreads said ā it would help if you told us that in the beginning!ā I told him I did but guess you didnāt hear me say it. He told us we need the account and transfer pin before he can restart over. As Iām looking for it, Iām getting starred at and attitude from them so I said screw it, I will be back with the information.I came in today, both of them were there unfortunately, and of course we get stuck with them. My husband let them know we have the acct number and transfer pin from TMobile and would like to fix our numbers please. They literally tried to set up a whole new account and charge us again for service I just paid for on Tuesday. I said absolutely not. I will not pay another cent and we are not asking for another account. We just want to fix our numbers⦠The dude starts pointing his finger at me again and blaming me etc⦠the pregnant woman, having an attitude and her big fake lashes just flapping all while having an attitude. We go back and forth and finally I said āscrew it!ā (I actually said the F word) and stormed out telling them āif yall werent busy flirting and laughing with each other, yall would have heard me the first time!!!!āThe manager or whoever the little girl eating something red (hot Cheetos or takis probably) literally sat there watching how I was being treated as a customer and did absolutely NOTHING.Unprofessional, rude, and incompetent of doing what you ask. They will just blame you for not saying something when you did. Iād avoid this location like the plague. Rude as hell. Definitely wonāt be back and will be filing a complaint with corporate. Itās sad, because I loved this cricket and even got my phone here last year⦠now instead of 5 stars Iām giving them 1 when they deserve 0. Iāll be going to another cricket for my future needs and purchases.

Went in to start a line on old phone and left with a nice new phone for a great deal. Crystal and the rest of the team was very communicative and friendly. The Manager was also helpful and runs a great establishment better than any other store Iāve seen. Definitely 10 out of 5 stars. Still want to apologize for the dirt trail I left on the carpet lol
