Do not use them for 35MM film development - advertised 7 business days on their website - which is not true in the slightest. First 2 times I called in to check each attendant was rude to me even asking for an update - and they had no idea where or when they would receive the product.
The third attendant I spoke on the phone with - which is I think the actual photo lab technician... - actually had a good attitude and seemed to be more informed - she earned you another star. She still couldn't give me any accurate timelines for getting my development back.
I. Will. NEVER. Use. Them. Again - I GET IT 35 MM IS A FAD BUT A SERVICE ADVERTISED IS A SERVICE ADVERTISED.
Do yourself a favor and drive 35 minutes to Lago Vista Film Labs in Austin - SAME DAY turn around times and much more friendly and caring approach - its their business.
Don't be like I learned my lesson!
DO NOT OFFER THIS SERVICE IF YOU CANNOT SUPPORT IT.

Extremely over priced and as employee from pharmacy walked by us 3 times he never spoke to us or offered assistance. We finally just left.

What a nightmare. 35 minutes on line with only 4 people in front of me. They have no respect for peoples time. We all work. This poor cashier was left to handle problems none of the other staff stepped up to help her. By the time I left the line was 15 deep. Those people will still be there tomorrow. There is no excuse for this type of service. One person on drive thru and one person on front cashier. Right after working hours when people have a minute to get their meds. Everyone else in pharmacy let this girl drown. What a disgrace.

I have the monthly care pass & I use their app to save a lot of $. They have many vitamin bogo sells that I use mostly. I've been very pleased with their service.

My doctor submitted a medication order to be expedited early in the morning. I received a text message saying “Order Error” and that it was too soon to refill. I had NEVER taken this medication before! So of course, being at work, I attempted calling, MULTIPLE times! I would be on hold more than 30-40 minutes with no answer. Once I got off work I figured just to drive there and deal with it in person. I called on my way, was on hold the ENTIRE drive, 53 minutes! They literally picked up the call as I was parking. I was told over the phone, “oh, it just let me put in the order. It’ll be ready when you walk in, give me 5 minutes, filling it now.” I walk in, wait in line about 20 minutes, fine, there’s people. It’s then my turn, medication isn’t ready, give us 15-20 minutes. It was only 5 pills! It is very slow service. Excuse is always “we’re short staffed…” that’s the excuse everywhere, at this point, we need to adapt because sadly that’s the case “everywhere”.

I am 72 years old and increasing making trips to the pharmacy. CVS is close, efficient and fast. I like their messaging on prescriptions and the reminders. They are my first choice. I think Aetna does an excellent job as well,

It's a CVS drug store! I stopped in to use the cash machine, it's one of the few that I can use that won't charge me.
