Made an appointment yesterday for 3:30 today and was told service would take 60 to 90 min. Still waiting at 5:11. Truck was finally moved into a bay 5 minutes ago. Terrible service. Appointments are completely worthless. This must be the absolute worst discount tire in America. Don’t waste your time.

I asked to check the hub (try to pull/push and check for play) while the car is lifted, and they originally agreed but the tech did not check. I really like this place and the customer service, but this is the only recourse I have to negatively-reinforce this kind of service. I will be continue to do business with them.

They are unable to do a basic tire mount and balance at this location correctly. The first balance was bad. The second time around, the entire car was shaking. 😞 They are friendly and polite. Lack of training, maybe. Three others were there to have their vehicles corrected from the prior day while I was there. The customers had similar issues. The job wasn't done correctly. Back again with the same issues. They can not balance tires correctly on the first try. The whole front end shakes now.

Great service and prices. I showed up with a low tire pressure light but knew all tires were good, thinking it was a sensor. Front desk attendant reset it for free and gave a handshake to send me on my way.

It's 40 minutes past my appointment time and my car is still not in the bay for a single tire change. And it took them 4 days to get a replacement tire in for a pretty standard tire. Perhaps you should have expanded the number of bays rather than remodel your lobby so customers wouldn't have long waits!

Discount tire is a joke, what's the point of making an appointment if they don't honor it. Consistently start over an hour past appointment time. Employee's have no idea how to line up holes for dual wheels let alone simulators or even leave valve stems accessible.

First off had a flat on a trailer tire didn't have spare so I took tire for patch but also bought a spare ($240) I believe, And now mounting it now that I need it (2 weeks later) it doesn't fit! How can you have the correct rim in front of you and still get it wrong. And now! I've called twice on hold total of 40mins and still nothing. Haven't even had someone to even listen to frustration and find a solution.

Went back to discount tire today after a visit yesterday. Stephen the Mgr. righted the wrong we experienced and we left extremely satisfied. We will return in the future when in need of tire care.

I adore this shop! They did such a good job! I came over there on lunch for a simple rotation. I had no idea that my tires were in a terrible condition, they got me in and out in less than an hour! I left w four new tires, a safe vehicle and made it back on time IN MY LUNCH HOUR! This team ROCKS
