So good I will never go to any other place in Bastrop. Helen did my nails I got the mermaid colors absolutely beautiful! I only paid $55 for a full set of acrylic nails with gel after tip. She deserved it all so more with the you get a free drink, wine, soda or water while you’re getting your service is done on the house, I had 2.🤗 definitely will be coming back again

Came in for a simple soak off, they used a fake nail to pry it off, damaging my nails in the process, then cut me while filling my nails. Very unprofessional in the way it was done and painful.

If it were possible to give this place negative stars, that would be exactly what I would do. I am fighting breast cancer. I had a double mastectomy 4 weeks ago and am currently going through chemo. They did a HORRIBLE job, did not give me the massage I paid for, and when I asked them for a refund, I informed them that I could not sit for another hour because of my weakened condition. When I told their manager this, she told me I was fine and should have no problem sitting for another hour for revisions. I have spent a great deal of time in Southeast Asia and overheard the staff in their tongue, calling me a problematic white woman. I am a Jewish American and will not tolerate this behavior. Anyone with any sense should avoid this place, without exception. They do not care about anything but the bottom line and should not be a part of our Bastrop community. Cancer survivors UNITE against this place. Racism, antisemitism and poor business practices have no place in our community. Shut this place down.

I wish I couldn’t give them a star at all. I received a gift card so I went and got nails done and this is what I came out with after. I have never experienced this and was freaked out with have a 6 week old baby. It’s been a nightmare I have to cover my nails and can’t touch my baby without doing so and using medication and there prices are out of the world. I regret ever coming here and giving my business or usuing gift card

Brought my daughter for a pedi and when she finally got a pedicure chair we waited for the nail tech, my daughter got up to use the restroom and they gave her chair away. Good thing Y Nails got her in right away. That was so uncalled for. #Ghetto

I’m in heaven …
I’ve tried a few nail salons around here and this is just a heavenly experience. The whole staff is so good at what they do, so friendly, and so welcoming. After a stressful week the pedicure here is exactly what I needed. Lilly went above and beyond to make sure I was relaxed, if I looked tense she would adjust the massager and whatever else to make me more comfortable. She 100% prioritized my experience and comfort. And my nails came out exactly how I wanted to, she was very precise and skillful. I also got an acrylic fil and I loved it. Seamless.

I’ve gone to this salon for years, always had a decent experience. This time, on 6/20/24, the nail tech bullied me for the entire pedicure talking about how small my toenails are and having other customers and techs look. She could not go 2 minutes without commenting. I trim my nails prior to going to the salon since i get gel, and im not going to cut them for another 2 months. I will never have that tech do my nails again. I am an extremely generous tipper so it is beyond me why someone would bite the hand that feeds them.

Alex was amazing! He started on time and did a very good job! Paid attention to detail, took his time on me and his work is on point! He will be my go to nail tech professional in this location! I received two services and thank you Ken for the referral and saving me a commute to out Austin! The only con was the lady that did my pedicure, her phone kept going off and she would answer it more than a few times. I thought that was a big distraction. I asked for gel on my toes and didn’t get that! Alex is five stars, pedicure three stars.

I came to the salon with my daughter as a walk in we waited a whole hour before being called back 3 people were called back before us and we were there before them. We did not get greeted when we walked in. Finally a worker said “your mom is almost done” my mom was not there I’m not sure who they were talking about but as soon as I told them that they hurried us back and offered us drinks so be aware you’ll be waiting a long time if you go there good service just didn’t like the wait

I did a face wax and she was very rough. When I tried to explain to her what I didnt want removed she moved my hand withour listening and still did what I told her not too. I also got a pedicure it took her 15 minutes to finish. I have nail polish around my toes. I will never come back. I was in and out to do a facial wax and pedicure in less than 40 minutes.
