The car I was given needed an oil change which made for an annoying road trip which was time sensitive. I STILL don’t have my deposit back! They don’t even try to let you know about the insurance as an option so they can get more money if something were to happen. And I don’t want to have to reach out again on a link like I see the rest of reviews have. I’ve already did the survey and review I’ll be waiting for someone to reach out to me if they really cared

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD . Insurance ordered me a car for 30 days starting today from enterprise and it was covered all I needed to do was show up and show my DL and credit or debt today 7/21. I was NOT told what was needed incase I brought a debt card . I was also there 2 days ago and was given permission by my father-in-law to use his credit card in order to pay for my last rental that I got on 7/15 which I returned 2 days ago on 7/18 which when I walked in that morning a guy named MARK helped me and asked for my DL and credit card as I handed him the credit card he begins to put everything into the system and I was able to leave with a car but they did NOT have the car I reserved so they end up giving whatever they had which is ridiculously unprofessional if it’s been reserved I’m expecting to get the car I pick but that was the last of that , TODAY I come in to just pick up my car my insurance has paid for JESSICA KENNEDY was helping me as I’m giving her my DL and letting her know my insurance was covering this cost she asks for my credit card so I give her my father-in-law’s credit card which he gave me permission to use for this expense she tells me she can’t accept it unless he’s here …. BUT last time I came MARK was able to help me with no problem so I explain to JESSICA.K what happened last time I came and how MARK was able to help me with no issue . She then proceeds to tell me he’s not supposed to do that and I searched it up and what he did was COMPLETELY AGAINST POLICY and needs immediate employment termination . JESSICA.K then proceeds to tell me she can’t help me at all because I needed to use a debit card with my name which I then show her and she tells me I need further proof I then show her a paystub from my job she told me I needed a utility bill in my name mind you MY INSURANCE ALREADY VERIFIED THAT. I explain to her I have NONE of that information at hand because all the bills are in my parents name how would someone ever be able to get a vehicle if you make it IMPOSSIBLE she then told us there NO further help and was NOT able to work with us and began to help other customers I have called HR and reported this and will take further lawfully action . JESSICA seems to be a popular NEGATIVE employee costing this location money

Exceptional service at this enterprise. The staff were very attentive even though they were super busy. The office was under construction but they made me feel comfortable while I waited.

First I want to make it clear with the staff with this establishment go above and beyond. But Enterprise as a whole lets me down 8 times out of 10 their internet system will book Reserve and confirm but when you get to the office there is no vehicle waiting for you and it leaves the employees are taking the brunt of discontent from dissatisfied customers shame on you Enterprise corporate

This is a place where you make a RESERVATION but they don't HOLD the reservation. Reserved a truck and they want to put us in a sedan.
