i dropped 3 Milwaukee products and the clerk or cashier did not want to receive them, even though Milwaukee and FedEx have an agreement. Milwaukee requires that any tool returns be done by way of FedEx.
the lady reluctantly took my shipment saying that she was not allowed to do it and that my box would be sitting there for couple of days. I guess she was having a bad day.

The automated answering robot couldn't understand my question. And there's no way to speak with a human. Can I ship insulin cold? Do you have that ability? I needed to talk to a human.

I had to talk to 3 different people before anyone knew how o take fed ex packages. Then they refused to take the package. The same package that was already shipped via fed ex and was a return on a broken part. Their reasoning was because it use to have a battery in it. This place is worthless and Fed Ex should drop them. Dont bother.
