I've been taking my vehicles to Firestone for at least 10 years & every time they ALWAYS do a fantastic job!! I know that when I get work done there I can count on the job being done right, I'll never have to worry about driving off & something comes off then I get in a accident ( cause that's almost happened to me as well at NTB in Hutto)
I also love how professional & courteous all the staff are as well!! 💜😊
The store Manager BEN BANKS made sure to keep me updated if anything was going on with my car, he even answered my questions if I had any. So I do highly recommend the Firestone in Bastrop TX off Hwy 95!! 😁. This is one VERY happy customer, oh yeah they ALWAYS give me GREAT prices as well!! One more thing, I want to say Thank you to ALL the staff there, definitely keep up the good work!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

Set up a service appointment for Sunday and had a family emergency after dropping off the vehicle and had to bail. Monday didn’t work, so today, Tuesday, I gave them a call. Ben was super helpful and understanding and didn’t try to give me any flack (Hunter supported me on Sunday was also very understanding when I told him I needed to go).
After dropping it off, Ben called me back to inform me about the condition of vehicle and potential repairs. He was upfront, gave it to me straight, and informed me about a special coming up in November for my tires (that are due for replacement).
They’ve been taking care of my spouses car, and after the level of service I received during this experience- I’ll be returning from here on out.

Having your car break down on the way to a family emergency is the stuff of nightmares. We couldn’t have landed in better hands than the Bastrop Firestone. They were quick, thorough and turned a tough day around for my family. Ben went above and beyond.
