Being a business owner for over 20 years. I have tried the big names bank and the credit unions. This is the best bank I have ever dealt with and one of the most amazing people and Managment that I have ever encountered. From a small business to a big business to the personal banking this is the bank to deal with .

Jaycee Godbey, the Asst Mgr of the Cedar Creek branch, was wonderfully helpful when I needed bank documents for a home loan on more than one occasion. She was anyways friendly and efficient, and it was heart warming to walk into a business and be recognized. I wish I could have taken this branch with me when I moved away.

My experience at this branch was fantastic! Customer Service Representative Tristan Eernisse went above and beyond when opening an account for my aged mother and transferring funds to purchase a vehicle. Highly recommend!! And Mr. Eernisse is a GEM!

Why is customer service closed on Saturday? The majority of people work Monday-Friday with Saturday being the only chance to get a question answered. I understand the drive threw is open but I can not get a hold of anyone over the phone .

They are okay for checking and savings account but won’t give you a loan ever. They say you don’t “need the item”. My credit rating is really really great. Wells Fargo gave the loan in 10 minutes. A signature loan at that. Yes they’re friendlier and neighborlyier but somethings wrong in the loan department there.
