Called and asked if could drop package off and they said yes. Then I got there and was rudely told they won't take it because they don't want the office to smell like gas. I explained them it doesn't smell like gas in the lawn mower return and was told to have a good day.

I had to ship something very valuable and the lady who helped me was super nice and listed all my shipping options with their costs, boxed up my item and it was sent the next morning. There was an issue with my email address and I didn't receive any tracking info, but I called and it was sorted super fast. Very reliable and trustworthy!

Amazing customer service, always super friendly and helpful! They take packages for UPS, FedEx, and DHL so you have all your bases covered. Everything I've ever needed here has been so easy and streamlined. If you have an emailed return label you can forward it to them and have them print it for no extra cost. I will absolutely be returning for any of my needs in the future.

I really don't know how anyone can complain about this place. I have a mailbox there and have all of my packages delivered because I live out in the country, and they tend to get lost. They cheerfully sign for all my packages. When I had back surgery they help me get it to the car. Everything I have needed to send has been sent beautifully!

Don't attempt to fax from here, they can't handle it. Unprofessional, understaffed and machine from the dark ages.
