Couldn't find a shirt at Wal-Mart, found it here. Juno was great super helpful and cracked some jokes that made my day even better.

It saddens me that I once loved this place but to walk in and hear the employees talking about getting all the miss me Jean and brand clothing off of the floor because they sell it on eBay or just take them home makes me sick. I donated plenty of miss me jeans in hopes a little girl like mine could wear because not everyone can afford them the way we can. Not to mention I seen two employees taking stuff off the floor and taking it to their car.I give this place two stars because despite the stealing from the poor they do keep this store clean . I think corporate needs to come to this place and train their employees and CLEAN HOUSE!

Great store but bad prices, might as well buy new... local thrift stores in the area are much more reasonable with prices, considering all stuff is donated.

Good selection of clothes and well organized, though always pricey for them being used. The perfume smell, though, was so bad that it activated my husband's asthma. Then the person behind the counter was sick, expressed that she didn't want to be there, and took forever to check people out. I would have easily spent more money there if I could have stood the smell of the place, but the check out experience almost had me putting all the clothes back and leaving with nothing.

It's clean, well organized for the most part. But their prices are absolutely ridiculous. A lot of items I looked at, including well used furniture was priced as if it were new. The new items they have is marked up way too much. I was going to purchase a bundle of socks, they wanted 8.99 for them! 6 socks at TJ Maxx cost me 3.99!

Absurd pricing. Also, Goodwill, your replied answers are inconsistent with what amount of each purchase goes back to the community.

This looks like a much newer goodwill. Had some trendy stuff and some pretty decent selection of clothing. Size XL + inventory is very lean at this shop. If you are big girl just skip this shop. Bring your own bag. They dont do bags at this store, so keep that in mind if you buy a lot. Also be nice to the staff.. this was literally the most miserable looking goodwill staff ive ever seen. I'm an avid thrith shop and goodwill visitor across several states. This staff was rough looking. Just didnt want to be there and they looked very depressed. I hope whaterever is happening at that location gets better for those folks.

I purchased an item from this location, and BEFORE paying with cash I asked the cashier # 034033 if I could return this item and get the cash back if I end up not needing it. She told me yes. I went back two days later and was told I cannot get the cash back and they gave me a gift card. Employees are not at all knowledgeable here and seemed chaotic the day I went to return the item. Wouldn’t recommend this location

Clean store, well organized and neat. I especially liked how all the electrical cables were hung on the wall instead of being scattered. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This location is very organized but their prices are higher than other Goodwill stores in the Austin area. It's usually a hit or miss depending on what I am looking for.

Absurd pricing. Some items are almost as expensive if not more than at retail stores. Shop here if you want to send your money to Goodwill headquarters in Austin, or keep your money local by shopping and donating at stores like Bits and Pieces, Ladies of Charity, and Redeemed Treasure where the prices are more affordable for the community. Keep your money local.I'm sure I'll get a pre-written response from Goodwill below ?

Replying to GW reply. This was the 3rd retry that I gave y'all. So unfortunately you've lost a customer that was pretty regular at that. Also I have a huge problem with the fact you guys stop doing the tag color discount on Thursdays. Because so many people that really need those discounts are working during the week & can't make it before y'all close. Which causes them to either have to go w/o, get less then is needed & or spend more then they can afford! My other big problem with this GW location is whoever is in charge of pricing thinks y'all items must be special & the best of the best. The items are way over priced & worst of all I've seen items with the org. tags priced much lower then y'all's price. When it brought to someones attention all that is said is sorry we have to go with our pricing. Also pricing on certain brands for example that are found at Dollar General are priced higher then what one can purchase it BN at the org. location. Which IMO is complete B.S. I thought y'all's objective was to "enhance the dignity & quality of life of individuals & families by strengthening communities, eliminating barriers to opportunity and helping people in need reach their full potential through learning and the power of work." So with the discount being taken away on the weekends and such I personally believe that it is not eliminating barriers or and it's preventing the opportunity to help people in need just saying.
