This is for whoever decides to pump gas at H-E-B instead of bucees or QT. Incredibly rude box person they have working there. White slightly overweight woman who yells at people which clearly don't speak English to, "Answer the questions on the screen!". Great hiring manager in the system to recruit such person (heavy sarcasm) !

These days there are many shoppers and minimal parking. I do not enjoy the beeping sounds made when moving pallets, as all employees have radios turned on and messages are echoed across multiple devices. Aside from that, one employee at checkout likes to yell out nonsensical phrases which just makes the shopping experience more aggravating. I contacted HEB to place a complaint about that and was told management would review. No one responded so not sure what to think.

Order #HEB21557897984 - was placed on 10/29 at 11:24am with a delivery between 7pm & 8pm on 10/29. I received a text at 6:49 pm stating 2 items were out of stock & were removed from the order. I waited patiently for our order… at 8:05 I began checking my cell to ensure I didn’t miss a text from HEB stating they would be delayed with my order but there was none. Finally at 8:25 my husband calls to check the status & was promptly told our order would be delivered TOMORROW. That obviously did not work for us so my husband told the employee we will just come pick it up ourselves. We arrive & park in D582. We sent the notification text of our parking space & received the normal auto generated message that they would be out with our order. We waited 10 minutes…still no groceries. I figured I’d better call curbside & let them know we are the customers who drove to pickup our groceries since HEB couldn't deliver them. So a young lady Natalie or Nappalie (couldn’t really understand her name)couldn’t started giving excuses about HEB outsourced delivery etc. etc. not want to take an ownership for the issue at hand & did not even ackknowledge the fact that we had to drive to pick up our groceries that should’ve been delivered. Not even acknowledging the fact that had we not called them we would have never known our groceries were not going to be delivered. As I was explaining to Natalie, that the issue that I have is that HEB had no communication with us regarding our order. Natalie or Nappalie, proceeded to hang up the phone in my face. I called back. Spoke to the manager named Theresa. Who claims she will handle it and escalate this to Natalie’s manager and address the issue. Honestly she didn’t sound too motivated to rectify the issue at all. HEB dropped the ball all the way around and made no effort to show compassion or empathy. And that doesn’t cost anything at all.

I love not having to go into the store to get my groceries! I am so glad that they have opened up so many time slots for pickup! Now I can just pick up on my way home from work and skip the stress of an overcrowded store

These young folks work hard in this heat. I took a temp reading on the asphalt that these guys are at more than not with a smile134 deg. I'm impressed with their dedication every time I visit. And they don't expect a tip but please no they deserve one.

Have bought several H‑E‑B branded products over the past year that were low quality. Bought some HCF ground pork sausage that tasted rancid two weeks before due date. Bought some mi tienda beef taco meat that was wayyy over salted. HEB brand Doritos and cheese itz that were over cooked. HEB Raisin Bran with a three inch stick in it. HCF cottage cheese that was watery. HEB soda that was either under carbonated or under sweetened. HEB fresh queso that was watery… and the list goes on. Those are just what I remember on the top of my head. After eating this rancid pork sausage today, and considering the lack of product consistency, I’m to the point where I don’t trust H‑E‑B with my family’s safety. I don’t know what has caused the precipitous decline in quality but it needs to be addressed by HEB corporate YESTERDAY. Shopping there feels very caveat emptor for me now. Totally different experience than just a couple years ago.

Yes im a favor delivery driver in Bastrop Texas. I’ve told yalls workers several times. To please put all the cold stuff in the insulated bags. Once again, they put some of it, and not all of it in those clear bags for them to put it in. They also stack heavy stuff on top of bread and soft stuff so it gets all smashed by the time I get to my delivery

The employees are so nice,despite the heat they endure. Happy customer here!! A canopy of some sorts would be ideal for the m,would be my suggestion.

So convenient! Sometimes they forget to put an item in my order but if you call the customer service, they are so friendly & willing to help. Sometimes the "substitutions allowed" feature isn't the best because they'll sub something too different from the original product or they decide not to sub anything at all.

This is a great way to get food, for some (including me) I don't have the time to stroll along a store also because of social anxiety, it is a great way to get items and something I highly recommend!

They said my order was ready for pickup and when I got there a young man said what I ordered was not in stock! So why text me to pick up! They need to state on line if what you're ordering is in stock!! Inconvenience the shopper ?. I never have a problem with Walmart curbside!

The staff are hustling and nice but it always takes at least 15 minutes after checking in (during the pickup window) before the groceries are walked out.
